This is going to be nuts with the new TFS titan chest exotic. Being able to get off around 10 rockets with the 35% damage buff from it is going to melt. If someone is running Gally (which is a probably), then it's a wrap with a side order of Done-nion rings...
this is a great rocket but you can craft semiotician with the same perks but i wouldnt recommend it overall maybe its good for insanely short DPS phases but theres better options overall for long phases

Eeehhhhhh debatable. No one using a controller is sliding for dps, and keeping surrounded up isn’t consistent in a lot of situations/ damage phases. But ya when you get everything working it can slap.
@@CuteDeadlyBunny im on controller and i love slideshot, plus in 90% of raid situations your dps is more important then total damage so u can swap surrounded for explosive and in dungeons surrounded is extremely easy to have up time

I got the braytech version of this. With increase reserves on high impact rockets, gonna have like 17 rockets in reserve lol
