    I have over weight issue. I am a 98 kg person. Height 5.11 inch. I want to lose weight. So I need to reduce weight and keep weight as per my height.       You need to personally go to a professional practicing Nutritionist as diet is a personal prescription. No one size fits all. Just like how a tailor takes measurement for an individual while stitching. That’s my suggestion.

    When Dr started to say abt the breakfast you interrupted asking your doubts... so the Dr stopped telling about a sample diet fr a day... please allow her to talk first and then put in your questions please.. that would make the channel much better...

    Upload some videos regarding thyroid diet (hypo & hyper). And more over cortisol hormone helps more for wt gaining and stress so that how to reduce it or function normally ... Please update some kinds of this

      Thanks for the Video clip! Sorry for butting in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you considered - Dinanlinson Natural Beauty Approach (google it)? It is a good one off product for learning what to eat to look younger without the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my buddy got excellent success with it.

      If u have kids..plz don't do high difficult fastings and exercise.. akka .neenga just 50 mins walk and chappathi night la 2 , athu kooda neraya veggies eduthukonga.. fruits morning alava eduthukonga..it would be easier to lose and it won't make u mental distress..neenga stress illama baby kooda vilayadunga...

    Got to know that sweet potato is same as consuming rice for people who don't workout. Thanks. So maybe a video which says what can be consumed for snacks when v want weight loss. What could be an alternative when we tend to crave for something sweet or spicy.
