Why was Prophet Muhammad's/Jesus's name translated/changed in the Bible ?- Sh. Ahmad Deedat

Assalamu Alaikum,
A message to the Christians of the World:
There should be no reason why you would change the name of a person when you translate a text.
Why was Mohammad's name translated from Hebrew to Greek to English?
I implore the christians to please ask their Priest about this.
You don't have to believe me or this story, but you owe it to yourself to understand your faith a little bit more.
If you find your faith contradictory, then you should search for the religion that has no error.
You shouldn't disregard religion altogether, for that is foolish.
