I love the enthusiasm and comeradery in this video! It looks like mountain biking is similar to climbing in that respect, where you can make friends with folks for a few hours because you're trying the same boulder (or trail, in your case). Thanks for the video, and keep crushing it!
That is so true! I gotta get more into climbing for sure. I feel like a lot of outdoor sports have that same benefit

Theo is great, love the variety of trail there. If you haven’t rode there yet I highly suggest Lebanon Hills. Your buddy who likes smooth flow would probably really appreciate Elm Creek and Monarch.

What bikes were you guys using? Brand and model? I have a Trek Marlin 5 and wondering if this trail is too much for that

Yeah! It is mostly green and blue trails here at Theo!

You can park there, and there are several other parking spots available too!
