Not to mention, your flight if you aren't local, WDW tickets if you want to spend time in the Parks, hotel for the Park stay, food...yeah its going to be a $20,000 vacation
At this price they could have include the costume. And I agree with you, this is a luxury cruiser, the cabin should have had a panoramic window on space. I guess you are going to want to spend most of your time in the common area but still. I'm not even sure that you are going to be able to film in it.
the costumes are extra, otherwise they lose 1000 euro per person on free premium costumes. and companys dont jack up the initial price for optional cosplay. they could get more people on board by not gifting a costume and lowering the price by 1000 instead. so yeah... it would make zero sense for disney to do it.
@@yellowdevil8396 Yeah, they are just greedy that's all. If you think that those costumes will cost 1000$, then I'm sure they could have sold you the best experience as a clandestin having a square in a dark cargo room without any window, and sharing the place with ten others for only 6000 $ for 2 nights per person and no drink or food included in the price of course, for more immersion. If those costumes cost them more than 50 $ (more likely not more than 15 $ 🤔 I'm very generous I think) to them I would be surprised. & you're literally paying that for just a day and a half if you take a good look at the itinerary which is why they seem to emphasize the 2 nights aspect of it more: you arrive in the early afternoon on day 1 (& yes even in space you will need some time to settle into your room & chill a bit before joining the fun), have 1 full day on day 2 then day 3 is an I'm sure quickie breakfast & being shown the door, portal or whatever they want to call it as quickly as possible so they can do a clean up & prep for the next group of guests ASAP.
You are not alone. This is only (responsibly) affordable for a tiny slice of the country right now. Literally 50% of our nationwide community are breathing a LITTLE easier because of the recent 60 day eviction moratorium; they have not been able to pay rent, and debt is at an all time high. My wife and I had to gently break it to our two little Star Wars fans that this is highly unlikely to happen for our family. Awkward. But yeah, we will watch the hell out of others’ videod experiences. The best ones will be fully in character and edited like a film, the way folks do with SW video games and VR experiences that my family has watched on UA-cam. Sadly, there might be some film extras walking around in flip flops and Mickey t-shirts. ;)
Wow!! I love how everything is exciting and new, and the feeling of "can't wait to see this new adventure" and then the price drops . . . the video takes a silent and melancholy kind of vibe, lol. I absolutely love Kitra's reaction. I live here in Florida just down the street from Orlando and I probably won't be going to this until something is done with that price or discounts are released despite being a huge Boba Fett fan. Thanks for the info though!! Great video guys!!!
That’s a REALLY nice trip to Maui for that price. Remember, that’s for the bare minimum too, it will definitely be higher than what is posted there. But totally a once in a lifetime opportunity.
@@aoielf I bet it was packed with tourists. This is only 200 people in the whole world per 2d/2n stay. If you go you may never meet another person ever who's also been.
I love how Kitrah is saying we are going to get this and we are going to get that. Oh my dear wait until you see the price. I am sorry but I can go to Europe or a Disney seven night cruise for family of three for the price they are asking
They really need to have in-world Star Wars entertainment on the televisions in every cabin. For example: Glactic superstar music videos; "This Old Moisture Farm" home renovation shows; "Keeping Up With Coruscant" reality TV; Reruns of "Little House on the Desert"; "Undercover Emperor" featuring Palpatine; "The Bachelor" featuring Kylo Ren; Holocron Channel specials on galactic history such as The Old Republic; News segments hosted by a panel of aliens & droids; Recruitment promotions for the First Order; Casino ads for Canto Bight. At the very least, they gotta give guests the ability to watch all of the Star Wars franchise films and series for free.
Or they could do something similar like in the show star wars rebels. They should have the imperial propaganda that loops. Like have hux come on the screen and start demanding stuff from the galaxy. Then sometimes the resistance hacks into the feed for a couple of seconds to have secret encoded messages that ties into rise of the resistance.
My dream of going once went out the window, let alone twice. I thought it might be about $1000 a night for the room, for two of us, not per person. This is just a little too much. If they don't have a swimming pool, they should have one of those weightless experiences.
@@OrdinaryAdventures See my comment above..you can have a HECK of a great time in the Zero-G jet. Ron Howard used them for weightless portions of APOLLO 13. For that amount of money, you could have an awesome week's vacation with the Vomit Comet (yes...peeps really do!) and money left over to visit--oh I don't know--maybe Disney World! Again, this all depends on the company. Many of them are based in Florida or California, and others tour the country. I would bet my vintage E-tickets left over from previous trips (from 1967 on--was one of the first to ride PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN which was so cool!) that most folks would enjoy this and consider it worth the expense. There are several companies who do the flights varying in price. Some of them just raised their prices (sadly) and some are more than the $4000. True it is not STAR WARS themed, but it is more like really being in space!
I've said that several times and I'd much rather save up and spend that same amount of money on a real 7-day cruise rather than a 2 day pretend cruise.
They could spend a week there & not give a dam any sports personality could. While normal people will have to scrimp & save & it your like me from the UK you have to pay £500 - £1000 to travel to Disney before you pay for the experience.
Kitra's face was all of us earlier today!!!!! The per guest per night realization was mind blowing lmao!! We have to start a support group that matches people into 5 person rooms 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The starcuiser should absolutely have a pool. Think back to the movie Passengers where they have a pool overlooking space up and to all sides. That'd be a cool place to spend the evening.
I could swear in the drawings I saw a year ago, they did have plans for a pool. Wonder if covid, and delays made them scrap it so they could just open it, and make lots of bucks.
@@margaretanglade5293 a land based fake Disney Star Wars cruise... I'm not sure if they missed it, but the Captain's table thing is an extra fee. This is usually the case for specialty restaurants on cruise. However this space cruise scenario may be the reason they see it okay to jack up the prices to such an extreme.
A friend of mine is a broadway producer. When he sees a stage full of actors/dancers, he always comments how expensive the show must cost. Not to defend this pricing, but it looks like there's a lot of live talent around to enhance the experience. Talent isn't cheap (and worth every cent!) . But what a creepy WESTWORLD echoes. Westworld was only reserved for the super rich.
Every time I look at the concept stuff of what Galaxy's Edge was supposed to be like it makes me so sad. Instead looks like most of that scrapped content got moved into a super exclusive extra cost experience.
Idunno galaxys edge is really special to us. Sure it doesn’t have the aliens and droids on the concept art but most of the magic is still there. It’s great
The difference here is they are paying Broadway stars vs. Disney Cast Members. And we unfortunately all know how little Disney pays their own cast members...
We had Secret Cinema: Star Wars in London, an immersive event, which has some of those things, Jedi Training, Sabacc with Lando, secret missions. It feels like an extended, super charged, high end version of that.
I went to this! Tickets were £75 (about $90) and it played like it was worth at least 3 times that... They had a full size x wing, and you could talk to Jawas, Chewie, 3PO and more. Disney could learn a lot.
I was so excited for this, but super bummed out about the price, I had feeling it wasn’t gonna be cheap.. but good god, this pricing is outrageous.😳 guess I’ll stay with BATUU visits!
I will experience this through you both for now, and remain hopeful that one day, who knows. In all honesty, I'd like to go on a Disney cruise first. Crossing my fingers that you get a reservation to stay in the Starcruiser.
@@OrdinaryAdventuresOkay, yeah im sure there are people who are willing to pay the price to go, and from what I understand there are not that many rooms so it shouldn't be hard to sell out, especially for the first year as everyone is gonna want to be the first to experience it. Im thinking 2, 5, maybe 10 years down the line. Is this just going to be like Cinderella Castle Suites, or maybe even the club 33 of Star Wars, and is that valuable enough for the Parks to run and maintain for that long. It requires full hotel and restaurant staff plus a whole crew of in character cast members. I guess it will come down to the reaction of guests and if they can keep the hype going. I just wont be surprised if they kill the idea or drastically change it in the next 2-5 years.
Hey guys, there's more you need to know: That's weekdays only; you can't get in till 1pm the day of arrival, and have to be out by 9am they day you leave. The room are REALLY small. I mean, they are claustrophobic, especially the so-called bed (more like train bunks). And they have pay walls and extras GALORE. And the free meals are NOT all you can eat.
We said most of that in the video (weekdays, room size, weekdays…etc). I think the room is supposed to be small to feel like you’re on the starship. Reminds me of the Disney cruises we’ve been in so it doesn’t bother us. I actually want to sleep on one of the bunks. We usually travel to Orlando for a trip during the weekdays as hotels and travel is less expensive than weekends.
This is definitely a wait and see deal. That price is enormous, and with my experience on Disney Cruises, you might get more out of that than this 2-night package. Let's find out what the early travelers have to say about it to see if the price is justified. Also, from what we have to go on so far, if you aren't going to get into the Star Wars story mood, I can't imagine this being worth it vs a really nice and longer stay at a different Disney Resort or the Disney Cruises.
Kitra's expression was just perfect. I know VERY FEW (MAYBE NO ONE?) who would even consider doing this. AND, I would much rather encourage people to give to charity than to do this.
I'd love to experience this, but this is waaaayyyy overpriced. This is literally several months' rent, lol. And i agree, there are people that need the money more than Disney.
The price includes one ticket to the park, but the itinerary includes the 2 rides food and back to the ship. Doesn’t even include time to build a lightsaber. At that price I wish it included a second ticket to go back to the park on your own time to experience what was missed.
Here's the thing- you don't even get 48 hours. You check in on day 1 and it doesn't open till 1- then there's a few things shuffling you around, then you go to bed by 9? Then up for breakfast and excursion in the morning, shuffle around batuu (you're leaving the ship so even less time on the ship) and back to the ship, another early night, another up in the morning and you're kicked out before 1. This is just too much for relatively little. Then again you get a boarding pass for Rise, so what is that worth? :)
Ok, here's how you get your money's worth: You both chose to be Sith Lords. When you get to the Bridge, you take over the ship and fly it back to California! Then you sell off the parts as "junk", cause I know a place called Batuu that buys and sells space junk.....
My brain can’t comprehend on the prices just to stay over there. If you’re going with a family of four, that’s $6,000 for three days/two nights! It’s insane! :p
As someone who was there in the summer of 1977 to see Star Wars as a kid (was 6) and grew up as an OG Star Wars fan and today is in a place financially that can afford such things as this "Gallactic Cruiser" experience, there is NO WAY in hell I am paying that ridiculous price for a 2 day stay.
I love that Kitra is always thinking of your viewers who may not be able to have this experience, for example ordering everything on the menu to show us! This type of thoughtfulness is why I watch you guys.
To be fair this is THE Star Wars Larp. What they are asking for this experience is not out of the ordinary. It is a fair price for that experience. I can't wait.
Thank you for the review and brake down. It's interesting that that it says 2 days, but that sample itinerary says 1pm for day 1 check-in. It seems more like 1.5 days and 2 nights, anyone else think so? 🤷
Since I'll never be able to pay the full price to participate in this experience, I'm really looking forward to you both experiencing (and filming) it for us. I'll gladly pitch in to help you guys pay for the extra experiences, if necessary.
Thanks! No need to pitch in, just thanks for watching/subscribing/liking the videos. It helps us tremendously. We have been saving for this for some time, since it was announced at d23. We thought it would be $3000-4000, we were a little off but not by a ton. We will make it happen. Now let’s see if we can get a reservation. That will be hard as there are only 100 cabins
Wow! I so want to go, but will probably have to live vicariously through you two. I am a bit disappointed that there is nothing on day three. For that price, there should be more.
They should make it three nights, because, like you said, arrive day one in the afternoon, one full day, then yeet you into space after breakfast, on day three. To me that doesn't count as a day. So you really get just 1 1/2 days. Not much time to get into it properly for that price.
@Tom Somhairle that's so crazy for that price. It seems super cool, and I really do want to go and play Star Wars, but I will never be able to afford that. Going to be a lot of sad SW fans. Maybe the price will come down... 🤣
Oh my god the pricing is ridiculous, they insist that you wear a costume and not provide one. Honestly for that price a costume + lightsaber/droid should be included
Very excited to take my son! He's a huge Star Wars fan. Price is similar to that of some Disney Cruises, so we'll live vicariously through your Ordinary Adventures Saves the Galaxy video!
That’s why it’s called DI$NEY! Sad the average family besides costing a small fortune for the park won’t even be able to afford this! The rich just keep getting richer!
I think this experience will be very cool, but I honestly would not be surprised if this whole thing was disbanded after a year. Seems way overpriced for what you get.
If the most expensive part of this is the staff operations I honestly wonder how low they can get the price and still keep this profitable. Cause ur right, it’ll get old. I can’t imagine too many people will want to do this more than once. They’ll have to reduce it. I hope they pay these cast members well. I know CMs and the pay isn’t always great, so… idk where this will land :/
Well buildings this whole experience I think is costly as well. They will have an epic battle with pieces of the ship falling apart like a big stunt show around you. It’s all very expensive to make and maintain. I don’t think they are planning for repeat visitors, this is a story like a play. There are only 100 rooms and I’m honestly betting when reservations go on sale it will be booked up for months and months because there isn’t much supply of rooms. I don’t think they are counting on the yearly revisits like other resorts.
@@OrdinaryAdventures oh I completely agree on it being booked at the beginning. For years tho? I am not sure unless they switch marketing tactics or decrease price which is where my question of staff cost vs tech cost comes in. This is expensive on both! You need tech staff to run/fix it AND all those actors. Those are some very long term costs. There are many middle-wealthy folks who are fans of Star Wars. I just feel they’ve missed the mark on their marketing a bit. People have been watching the drips of news on this thinking it is an expensive but broadly available family vacay. Your average family will not afford this price. Needs to be marketed to the Broadway/Country Club/Four Seasons level crowd lol. Marketing needs more luxury buzz words in long term. I suspect they will do further marketing on suite cabins for this later to boost sales. Very curious how many suites there will be! It’s Disney, they will figure it out lol
I think if it lives up to the hype like the lightsaber building experience it will be booked for years like that experience. There are only a limited amount of rooms, only 100. The demand just needs to be higher than that at any given time. I think they will be selling this out all year long
I get the experience but come one Disney. You need to lower those prices to be more reasonable. That's insane! Or at least include more things we can get in that price.
@@OrdinaryAdventures For each guest, prior to their stay their measurements could be submitted (or just a general sizing due to privacy concerns). When the guests arrive, a set of costumes (one for each of the storylines to be pursued) could be arranged on the beds or hung in a closet. Whenever a guest wears a particular costume, they interact with the elements of that storyline. If you don't wear any of the costumes, they treat you as a general tourist, but perhaps drop nuggets of information to pique your curiosity. And those costumes would be included in your package. Just a thought, at least.
Thanks. To be honest we just worked our way from the start of the website to the end so maybe it’s genius by Disney’s design to get you excited for this experience and leave the price near the end
the experience at star wars land was also supposed to be "immersive" I believe the "activities" will be cheesy and not very exciting, only kids may enjoy it.
They can write it off as a legitimate business expense. I gotta admit I’m a little jelly of that trick, but I’ve seen how hard Peter and Kitra work at the parks . They have earned everything they get to do, and I recommend supporting them on patreon.👍
My husband and I will be on a Disney Wish cruise for 4 nights, next year, Veranda view, and it will cost the same amount as 2 nights here. We will get all we can eat, Broadway level entertainment, character interaction, all sorts of activities, pools and beaches, same price and more days. I do love Star Wars, but I'll go larping in the woods as an ewok before you'll catch me paying for this before knowing what the whole experience entails.
We are going on the Disney wish too and have been on 3 Disney cruises. That said, they don’t have a trip to Hollywood studios with rise of the resistance and smugglers run and all day entertainment including a supposed next level lightsaber experience. I think what Disney is creating here is not really comparable to anything else because it’s a brand new category of thing.
@@OrdinaryAdventures I get that it's meant to be an experience unlike what we've seen before, but the cruise is really the next available comparison since it includes similar experiences to what they are trying to offer here. Even pricing it not as a cruise, but more like a regular Disney visit doesn't justify the cost to me. I'll keep sailing the seas, I'm platinum soon enough. :)
Kitras face with the price, was priceless. Same thing I thought. I am a huge Star Wars nerd. My kid is also. She said. We could go to Hogwarts for a week at that price. I can’t blame her. I am bringing my family of 6 to Disney in 2023 and I was going to do this with them. The price for my family would be crazy and unrealistic that it would happen. Like most families I’m sure.
Be honest they could change $10 grand a night and there are enough people out there who would pay for it. I have a feeling even at this price point I’ll be watching a video of you two reviewing this amazing trip I’ll never be able to afford
I don’t think it would sell out at $10k a room but Disney did extensive surveys years ago before this was officially announced. Screenshots of those surveys got online and I’m pretty sure Disney has a very good indication of how much people are willing to pay for this experience. Back then I think they were hoping for $3300 per passenger for a two passenger room.
Only Disney can create a cruise on land that goes nowhere and charge more for it

Thanks JD
That’s a REALLY nice trip to Maui for that price. Remember, that’s for the bare minimum too, it will definitely be higher than what is posted there. But totally a once in a lifetime opportunity.
We spent 8 nights in Maui for about the same price
It’s kinda crazy isn’t it?
I flew to the Philippines, and stayed for 2 weeks, for less than this. My kids and I flew to Pearl for 8 days for half that. 😎
So you can go here or go to Aulani for the same price (I prefer Aulani). :)
@@aoielf I bet it was packed with tourists. This is only 200 people in the whole world per 2d/2n stay. If you go you may never meet another person ever who's also been.
19:11 😂🤣😂 Peter’s eyes when Kitra said “We might have to book 2 cruises for the captains table.”

I love how Kitrah is saying we are going to get this and we are going to get that. Oh my dear wait until you see the price. I am sorry but I can go to Europe or a Disney seven night cruise for family of three for the price they are asking
😂
I rather go to Galaxy Quest in another country whilst renting an Airbnb for a week. Would probably still be cheaper
Kitra’s reaction to the pricing was priceless. Make it into a meme!! ❤️😊

💯 I hope Disney doesn’t cheap out and creates some in universe television content
💯
Interdimensional cable...
I totally agree with this, it sounds amazing!!!
My dream of going once went out the window, let alone twice. I thought it might be about $1000 a night for the room, for two of us, not per person. This is just a little too much. If they don't have a swimming pool, they should have one of those weightless experiences.
Yes they should! Imagine how fun that would be
@@OrdinaryAdventures See my comment above..you can have a HECK of a great time in the Zero-G jet.
That price is insane , love kitra reaction to the price :-) . I will be living vicariously from you guys going because I won't be

I'm sorry, but there are FULL 7 day cruises available for that price! I agree its amazing so i am GUARANTEED to ride rise, but this cost is NUTS!!!!
You can get a full 7 day cruise for less in some cases, completely ridiculous
I've said that several times and I'd much rather save up and spend that same amount of money on a real 7-day cruise rather than a 2 day pretend cruise.
It’s definitely very expensive but I’m sure the amount of staff and entertainment performers required per guest will be 50x that of say a cruise.
I’m taking a 7 day cruise this October and it’s a balcony suite for $1k, that’s only a fraction of this galactic star cruiser!

They could spend a week there & not give a dam any sports personality could.
While normal people will have to scrimp & save & it your like me from the UK you have to pay £500 - £1000 to travel to Disney before you pay for the experience.
I hope it’s more affordable in more off season
Kitra's face was all of us earlier today!!!!! The per guest per night realization was mind blowing lmao!! We have to start a support group that matches people into 5 person rooms 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂
I need to take a second mortgage to afford this!! LOL
Seriously
The starcuiser should absolutely have a pool. Think back to the movie Passengers where they have a pool overlooking space up and to all sides. That'd be a cool place to spend the evening.
I could see Disney doing upgrades throughout the years to get people to comeback.
I could swear in the drawings I saw a year ago, they did have plans for a pool. Wonder if covid, and delays made them scrap it so they could just open it, and make lots of bucks.
That would be awesome
I can see all the actors makeup coming off in the pool or the humidity causing runs on their faces…lol
A pool like the one in Oblivion
26:30 Kitra you better get 4ths and 5ths and steal whatever isn't bolted down. You drain that hotel.

And by the way, whoever's heard of ANY cruise that Wasn't all you can eat????
@@margaretanglade5293 a land based fake Disney Star Wars cruise... I'm not sure if they missed it, but the Captain's table thing is an extra fee. This is usually the case for specialty restaurants on cruise. However this space cruise scenario may be the reason they see it okay to jack up the prices to such an extreme.
A friend of mine is a broadway producer. When he sees a stage full of actors/dancers, he always comments how expensive the show must cost. Not to defend this pricing, but it looks like there's a lot of live talent around to enhance the experience. Talent isn't cheap (and worth every cent!)

I saw footage from that event and it looked awesome
I went to this! Tickets were £75 (about $90) and it played like it was worth at least 3 times that... They had a full size x wing, and you could talk to Jawas, Chewie, 3PO and more. Disney could learn a lot.
Peter KILLED my soul when he said per night and per guest
Ha sorry
And will we will be "Galaxy's Edge-ed" by having all these aliens in the pictures and then in real life they're nowhere to be found?
I hope that isn’t the case. There better be lots of aliens walking around
I was so excited for this, but super bummed out about the price, I had feeling it wasn’t gonna be cheap.. but good god, this pricing is outrageous.😳 guess I’ll stay with BATUU visits!
Well we hope it’s worth and you enjoy the videos we make if we are lucky enough to go

I just don’t see how they can keep it going long term at those prices. Take a real cruise for two weeks or two nights at the Star Wars hotel.
I am willing to bet it will sell out for a long while. We’ll see.
Or that sw themed house in orlando w lots of room lots of space
@@austin4211luckE Or they might build more. It's not very big.
24:17 Pricing reaction
😂
This is definitely a wait and see deal. That price is enormous, and with my experience on Disney Cruises, you might get more out of that than this 2-night package. Let's find out what the early travelers have to say about it to see if the price is justified. Also, from what we have to go on so far, if you aren't going to get into the Star Wars story mood, I can't imagine this being worth it vs a really nice and longer stay at a different Disney Resort or the Disney Cruises.
Yes let’s def wait to see how it is
If you aren't taking advantage of all the actors you're paying for, yea that's a mistake
It’s guaranteed to be amazing!
😮😮
@@alexandriamichaels8058 this is my entire years worth of rent
You can definitely go on a comfortable European adventure with this. Or even visit the parks in Japan or China with this amount of money.
@@eunicevillaneda-bolanos8474 my girlfriend and I could rent a beach house for a MONTH with this and have money left over......
The price includes one ticket to the park, but the itinerary includes the 2 rides food and back to the ship. Doesn’t even include time to build a lightsaber. At that price I wish it included a second ticket to go back to the park on your own time to experience what was missed.
Yeah it should include that for sure
Kitra’s soul left her body seeing those prices
😂
Wow, that price is insane! 😲 Hope you guys get invited for Media Day🤞🏻 y'all would do such a great job covering everything! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I hope so too!
You’re right that it’s slightly under 48 hours but I wouldn’t take that sample itinerary as something solid
"See its not a little kid thing! You have to be at least 7!"
lmao I love these guys
☺️ thanks
Ok, here's how you get your money's worth: You both chose to be Sith Lords. When you get to the Bridge, you take over the ship and fly it back to California! Then you sell off the parts as "junk", cause I know a place called Batuu that buys and sells space junk.....
Haha great plan
My brain can’t comprehend on the prices just to stay over there. If you’re going with a family of four, that’s $6,000 for three days/two nights! It’s insane! :p
It’s a lot for sure
It’s barely two days! Lol. 1p start on Day 1 to quite early breakfast on “day 3.” They were very careful to list this as a “2 night” stay lol.
The prices listed, for now, are "starting at", week days only, and only for the first 2 months.
Correct. The prices could be much higher and possibly lower in more off season times.
I get it. Hopefully we can get reservations and share our adventure with you virtually
After seeing the price I was expecting Kitra to wave her hand and say "This is not the hotel I'm looking for".

I love that Kitra is always thinking of your viewers who may not be able to have this experience, for example ordering everything on the menu to show us! This type of thoughtfulness is why I watch you guys.
Ha thanks
To be fair this is THE Star Wars Larp. What they are asking for this experience is not out of the ordinary. It is a fair price for that experience. I can't wait.
Agreed.
Thank you for the review and brake down. It's interesting that that it says 2 days, but that sample itinerary says 1pm for day 1 check-in. It seems more like 1.5 days and 2 nights, anyone else think so? 🤷

My life long dream has been crushed. I was so excited to hear there making a Star Wars hotel. Then they released the price….
Oh my god the pricing is ridiculous, they insist that you wear a costume and not provide one. Honestly for that price a costume + lightsaber/droid should be included
I wish that the costume was included too
My favourite part of this was Kitra's reaction to the prices 🤣

🤑🥰🤑🥰🤑
I think this experience will be very cool, but I honestly would not be surprised if this whole thing was disbanded after a year. Seems way overpriced for what you get.
Time shall tell
Agreed it needs more things like a lightsabers and costumes
@@OrdinaryAdventures For each guest, prior to their stay their measurements could be submitted (or just a general sizing due to privacy concerns). When the guests arrive, a set of costumes (one for each of the storylines to be pursued) could be arranged on the beds or hung in a closet. Whenever a guest wears a particular costume, they interact with the elements of that storyline. If you don't wear any of the costumes, they treat you as a general tourist, but perhaps drop nuggets of information to pique your curiosity. And those costumes would be included in your package. Just a thought, at least.
Wow I’m very excited to see what they do with this… I hope it’s as interactive as they are promoting! Especially for the price 😉

Great video -- holding off and telling Kitra until later about the pricing was kind of genius 🤣
Thanks. To be honest we just worked our way from the start of the website to the end so maybe it’s genius by Disney’s design to get you excited for this experience and leave the price near the end
In the words of the infamous late lawyer Donald Gennaro, “maybe [they’ll] have a coupon day or something.”
😂
the experience at star wars land was also supposed to be "immersive" I believe the "activities" will be cheesy and not very exciting, only kids may enjoy it.
That was my first thought as well. Galaxy's Edge did not deliver on all the promised immersive experiences, no strolling aliens or droids....etc.
I hope it’s cool
Guys don’t hit skip on the ads they need all the ad rev as possible for this trip lol
They can write it off as a legitimate business expense. I gotta admit I’m a little jelly of that trick, but I’ve seen how hard Peter and Kitra work at the parks . They have earned everything they get to do, and I recommend supporting them on patreon.👍
Haha
Fantastic program overview video. Hearing everything makes me so much more excited. It's definitely expensive, bit if it is as emersive as they're making it out to be, it would be one of those once in a lifetime kind of things. So probably worth the money at least to do it once.
That’s exactly my point of view as well.
Excited to follow you on your Starcruiser adventure! Sending positive vibes for reservations! :)

Even at a lower price there will be no way for this to live up to the scenarios we see in our head...
You are right that the scenarios in my head are much bigger than are practical to do in this experience but I’m excited to see what it’s like.
That's Hawaii Trip money guys! CHAPEK wants YOUR money in a most drastic way with this Disney Transport Hotel. I f im paying that much money I don't want an itinerary planned all day . I want to do my own thing. Rich people don't want to be told when to do things on a vacation. The rooms are small . If anything it will be a one time thing for most. I don't forsee this experience being done multiple times with families. A total flop this will be. Thanks Chapek!
Hmm Hawaii or star wars? Depends on what you wanna do more I guess
I agree, why price it by night when you can’t just leave the experience after the first night
I think it’s to make the price look smaller. They should just price it like they do the cruises, per passenger in a room
