That sounds comfy! I don't believe it's on the docket for 2024, but I've seen a few peeps hack the Tailgate hoodie to have a zipper! If you need something in the interim. ☺️ Will add it to the inspo list for future patterns though!! ~J
Would love more men pattern like dress pant or cargo pants, classic shirt and polo shirt. Love your pattens and the instructions are excellent! Love the new Encore skirt such a modern classic style❤❤

Love Notions is my very favourite pattern company. I love each one of the many patterns I have from you, as not only are they very stylish, but I can rely on the fit! The instructions are spot on and there are no errata anywhere (unlike a few very frustrating patterns that came with British sewing magazines that I have now thrown out - all of them!). My favourite pattern ambassadors are Karina in Brazil and Whitney of Tomkat Stitchery, and I love the versions of Love Notions patterns that they make. All in all, I would say that every year has been a great year for Love Notions and you all go from strength to strength! I wish you all a Happy New Year!

To date I have purchased 26 Love Notions patterns, the 26th being today’s release the Encore skirt. Thank you for the variety of styles as well as the size inclusivity. I’d love cargo pocket trousers and long shorts pattern for men and boys. Occasionally a more sexy, date night dress is needed. A cross over top, 1950’s tea style swing dress which shows a little cleavage but hides a mummy tummy is something I’d love. Especially with a a knit option!
You are my favourite pattern company. I have bought around 10 patterns so far and made up 3. They all fit perfectly without any alterations and your directions are mostly very easy to follow. I am fairly new to sewing and my makes have all looked very professional. I will be trying some of the others in the new year. Keep up the good work.

So glad you found a couple of patterns to try!! Encore culottes sounds cool, but probably deserving of its own new pattern. Things are a little more complicated getting fit right with a crotch curve. ☺️ We'll have to add it to the requests list! Thanks for watching! ~J
Great video,I have about 20 love notions patterns, the fit is amazing. I would really like to see a pattern for a light floaty duster, for a chiffon or georgette. I always run hot but don't like to feel exposed 😅. A really light duster pattern would be ideal for me. Much ❤ to all the love notions team.

One new pattern I would like to see is a tiered dress, something along the lines of the Closet Core Nicks Dress, but not as drastically oversized and not necessarily with the button front. Or a style akin to the Cashmerette Roseclair Dress. I just feel flouncy atm 🙂

A lot of people use fleece for Octave. If it works well, you could always use it for your lining! Also, a lot of places are putting holiday blankets on clearance, those might be a good find for it also! Good luck with your sewing! We hope you love your Octave! ☺️ ~J

Great video. I have bought 2 of these patterns you listed for 2023. It would be nice if the Encore Skirt could be patterned for culottes.

Will there be a tutorial of how to add a lining to the Encore Skirt?
There isn't one currently planned, but it would be fairly easy to do if you used two back skirts. I'll add the request to the list, though! ☺️ ~J

It's patterned with wovens in mine, but some testers are using stable or low stretch knits, too! ~J
