They definitely killed the original too quickly, but I have a feeling the new one will be important somehow. “Project Homelander” alongside the comic twist tells me new Noir will have something to do with John’s assassination in season five.
We will probably get to see more of him in the prequel anyways I think that will help us piece together a concrete story for him giving us more noir content
I think being able to trap people in nightmares and mind control them is way more powerful. Dude is arguablly S tier for those. The only reason the boys lived was because SB knew about him having to make eye contact for those but most people don't. Mindstorms big flaw is that he was batshit crazy. Mindstorm could probably beat homelander if they somehow managed to have a peaceful face to face conversation for 10 seconds.

Idk if there is a difference between the comica and the show when it comes to this, but during the Russian attack gunpowder was mind controlled by Mindstorm in the series.

I put Gunpowder over the Twins and Crimson Countess. The Countess power seem to be very inflexible. If she can't put her hand together, she is useless. And the fireball is easily dodged or overdestructive. Black Noir is B or C. At this time, he was not yet the superhero legend in the Seven. He was still new and inexperienced. He lost his face and brain in that fight. The older Noir would not make any mistakes that led to that. I also put Mindstorm is A-tier, Soldier Boy even waried of him. He is to Soldier Boy, the same way as BlackNoir to Homelander.
Crimson countress fire balls hit hard I wonder what kind of damage they could do to soldier boy or another S tier super if only she could use his fireballs without that pose she would’ve extremely dangerous
