Good job , nice vide , but You should use some bushings or bearings on pivots
there are bearings in there. I ended up changing the whole design and went with bushing instead of bearing
Machine some concentric alignment bushings for the swivel axle, similar to the bushings on the control arms of some cars.
a little toe in increases straight line stability.
I don’t quite understand how the unit is attached to the trailer frame. How will it behave in the cold? I drive a Toyota Land Cruiser 80 and a tow truck trailer. Working. I drive cars. very grateful to you for your videos.
I don’t live in the cold so I can’t really say. If you buy good quality airbags I would image it would be ok. They’re rubber just like tires and semi truck airbags

Wow this is so cool man! I have been wanting a bagged trailer for my mini truck for years and was looking into it today again and found your videos. How much did this run you to build? You did all the work yourself? I wish I could get things like that made for me to weld up. So awesome man!
Thanks man, it cost me around 9k to build the whole thing. Yup I built everything myself. Osh cut can cut metal for you, if you just need someone to cut metal

How did you align the wheels?
@@larrypierceall the way I aligned the wheels isn’t the best. There’s a lot of assumption. I assumed the frame is square. Raised the frame the ride height and took measures from the brake flange to the frame.
