You can adjust your handlebar forward, might help the balance/ergonomics. Not sure why you have it set all the way back near the trigger.
You sure can, but for anyone over 6 feet, you would have to walk around hunched over. That's why the handle is so close to the trigger, so I can use it in a comfortable way.
Idk man... I'm 6'1" and my handle is quite a bit lower. It still reaches the weeds when my arms are extended.
