Wow. The workers skills upgraded much better based on previous videos from other channels. They handle all the processes neatly and carefully. That shows how much all the workers are really skilful until the breads come out looking pretty and delicious. The video is stable and sharp. It's focus mainly the ingredients and all the making processes. It's really satisfying to watch.
I like very much how clean they are. I am not familiar about Korean products so I do not know whether they import basics such as butter, flour, etc ... Or if the country is self sufficient, but they are very much organized, clean, they present nice products done carefully without compromise, something which is not found any more at the majority of businesses in the Western hemisphere whereby businesses have begun to compromise on quality, sell at much higher prices, and governments do not care nor inspect businesses to keep them inline. I hope that Koreans continue this kind of excellent work. Just a question, I see that peanuts are used while in Western countries there are severe allergies from different kinds of nuts due to the compromise in producing quality products for citizens. Are allergies a big issue in Korea ?
A bakery close to us sells bags of off cuts from their cakes and pastries. The edges and odd sized pieces. Those bags sell out faster than the baked goods!
It looks amazing but I've never understood why using this shit instead of normal regular chocolate or chocolate ganache or whatever. Literally everything is better than Nutella.
