Great video. Love these practical tips. Thank you .
I've been looking for this info! So glad I found your video.
Hey Kamil, I enjoy your fragrance content. It's different from everyone else's. Not just that, your production quality is excellent 👍!
Thank you Victor
Thanks for these tips. Great content.
You are amazing bro
I love selling Fragrance
I would love to learn how to get the real stuff and sell it on line
I find decanting therapeutic, enjoyed the video as always!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hi Kamil I hope your doing great can you please make a refillable 10ml bottle in the crystal glass like the F ones for traveling. I think it would be a good idea. Make a pool and ask people if they would buy one. Keep going with the great videos and I hope you make your own strong fragrance soon.
Handsome guy with nice voice and disposition. Lucky wife...
As always awesome content, very useful. I myself make and sell candles, and it's insane how much is happening in the background from the time someone orders something to actual postage, everything must work as well oiled machine :D Pozdrawiam!
Candle reviewer interview coming up
@@ScentsWithBenefits oh that's fantastic! Will be very informative for me, will take notes for sure :D
eBay and Mercari will delist your post if the fragrance is not sold in original manufacturer packaging. In other words decants are not permitted unless you know of a way to get around that. But idk
Great info! I’m getting ready to sell perfume online in some type of capacity, either drop ship perfumes or sell decants, I’m leaning towards decants at least to start out :)
Can I ask where you sold your decants? I was buying mine off Mercari, Etsy and Poshmark. But this weekend I decided to list tons of decants for sale from my own 200 bottle collection and I spent HOURS HOURRRSSSS listing and photographing and woke up this morning to emails saying Mercari had “limited” my account and that I was no longer allowed to pay listings. Saying Mercari does NOT allow perfume or decants to be sold on the site. Then I opened an email from Etsy saying they REMOVED every single one of my listings for prohibited items. Again stating perfume is NOT an allowed item. So all of my work on the accounts was just null and void. I am like so freaking surprised. I have spent prob 1000 dollars between Etsy, Mercari on buying decants & samples. I don’t know why my stuff was all removed!
@@michysays Oh no that sucks!! I actually haven't started selling yet but my plan was to have my own e-commerce site and sell on TikTok through TikTok shop (if they allow decants) . I see tons of people selling decants on Etsy, also have seen on Mercari, maybe they are starting to crack down on it? Hopefully you are able to sell them somewhere!!
Do you need to sign when it gets there
Do you have an online decant store we can shop at?
Anyone know how to do this in Canada? Every carrier I called tells me I can’t and I need a bunch of papers. It’s been such a headache
You can sell on Shopify without having a business license?
Thanks for the info. Can you share the link or make/model of thermal print machine ?
Where do you order your shipping labels from ?

That's a great idea 💡 for labels 🏷. I'm going to do that. Thanks! 😊
Where can we sell decants?
What is your thought on a business model like Scentbird where you sell fragrances in 8 ml sample bottles? Wholesaling the glass vials from alibaba. I live in NJ which is dense population where fragrances are popular. What are your thoughts on this?
great model, we were at their office when they were smaller. they asked us to give them free fragrances
Shipping perfume has been a headache at times. I just started on mercari 3 weeks ago and I got so much runaround when it came to shipping. My 2 UPS stores claim they don't ship perfume, so I've had to refund customers once and change the labels. I prefer usps unfortunately if it's over 16oz they won't ship. It's been a disaster initially but I'm good now.
Use usps ground
hi is the mailing advice applicable for Europe ? because i live in slovakia at the moment , thank you for the tips
because of your experience in business with jeremy , i think you can offer great advice like this , for starting a business
I only ship in the USA
how do i gain traction and get traffic in my business
Hi, I recently started a fragrance sample/decant business. I initially started on Mercari, but they consider anything cosmetic rebottled from its original packaging a ‘prohibited item’. I then began selling on TikTok shop which went great in the beginning. However TT recent went through a massive overhaul of shops due to copyright infringement. How do you circumvent this as a fragrance reseller/ rebottled? Have you obtained licensing for the fragrances that you sell?
Have you figured it out already?
@@steffiefano7857 nope! It seems tt just pics and chooses which businesses to violate. I’ve appealed all violations twice and was denied. I’m afraid to load new products onto my store front.
Hi, I have so many unused fragrances I wish to sell in the UK. My husand is allergic to fragrance so I have to sell my beloved designer collections all of which I bought myself. Are there any good websites in the UK that people use where people dont get scammed. I adore my collection and have about 30 fragrances to sell. Any reoutable websites, do let me know.
I’m currently watching for the same reason. My husband has been gone for contract work this past year and came home recently. We narrowed down some ingredients when he began having reactions to my candles and perfumes that I’ve bought over the past year.
where do you get your fragrances from to sell?
My relationships
Etsy is another good site to sell on.
Do you ship via ground or air? I believe we’re technically supposed to ship by ground, but I wonder if customers have come to expect sellers to bend this rule in order to reduce shipping time…
I always ship by ground and there is an option to buy shipping labels for haz material which automatically ships ground.
@@ScentsWithBenefits Thanks! Friends have always sent me stuff (illegally) via air, but I’m more risk averse than they are.
i think UPS will accept perfume shipments for their air shipments, because they use planes that do not carry passengers so there's no concern of a plane full of people blowing up. Whereas usps uses planes that carry people as well as cargo. That's why usps forbids perfumes to be shipped via plane.
The little red flag also alerts thieves you got something to take. Just an FYI. Welcome to the USA.
Not in my neighborhood:)
@@ScentsWithBenefits , that’s what everyone says. 😆
yep, in my neighborhood it would be stolen in two seconds! I take anything of any real value to the post office which luckily isn't far from me. Or, if you can, do a scheduled pick up with your postman while you are home and hand it off personally to the carrier, , although not everything qualifies for that.
I will no longer purchase from Amazon. they insisted that they delivered a fragrance to my address and my doorbell cam has them only delivering one package and they insist that they delivered two.... I think their drivers are thieves.. in fact I found a few videos on YT showing their "carriers" taking packages. I can no longer trust them.
You can no longer sell any used fragrances or decants on ebay due to "health" concerns. You might get away with it for a couple weeks, but all your listings will be removed with a warning not to relist or your account will be suspended.
Interesting. That’s sad
that's not true. There's tons of vintage collectible perfumes sold on ebay and they are not new. If you want to sell a collectible vintage fragrance, just put it in the proper category, don't sell it as a new or never used fragrance. There's vintage perfumes selling for hundreds of dollars on ebay. It's definitely not forbidden or banned. If it were, no one would ever be able to sell these vintage perfumes (which nearly all have some of the perfume used out of them or at the very least evaporated.)
You look good man. You colored your hair? It's like a kpop Korean caramel color. 💪🏻😎😎😎😎😎👍🏻
No
i want to sell my collection, but preferable all at once i find it very much work to do it one by one unfortunately :( anyone interested in buying a huge original fragrance collection? :D
I am interested. Where can I see the perfumes? I hope to hear back from you so we could figure something out. I don't want to leave my information on here.
@@iamsoap79If you are interested for 96 Tom Ford Fragnances please let me know 😊
oh god you can't just show that vial holder and not tell us where you got it from 😭 I've been looking for something like that for a while
too much work and now you must file 1099 for selling old perfumes. I wish I could sell some of mine in decants
📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦
I just give stuff to people unless it's something electronic that I have the original box for 📦.
I used to sell everything EASILY on Craigslist but nobody uses that anymore.
So I have brand new Samsung Z Flip4 256gb Unlocked and two Samsung Watch5 44mm brand new just collecting dust. Oh well, I'll just use them as trade-in devices for the S23+ and the Watch6 Pro. 💪🏻🤑👍🏻
You will get banned from eBay for selling used perfumes
this is not true. As long as the perfume is in the original bottle, there's hundreds or thousands of listings for "used" perfume...vintage and collectible perfumes need to be listed in the proper category. That's what most of the perfume that is "used" is listed as. Do you think Ebay doesn't allow a collectible perfume from 1945 to be listed because the bottle is only half full after 50 years? Obviously, the bottle has been "used" at some point, but it's something collectors buy and are legitimately looking for and Ebay allows.
