I wanted to ask something. I saw you didn't insert a long straw or something throughout the centre of all the tiers. Is that not necessary for this kind of big cakes? And also did you assemble the cake and fondant decorations at the time of delivery as I've heard they can't go in the fridge again after putting up fondant decorations.
