Idea instead of the hose clamp, get a piece of pipe cut it to the length of the crankshaft put a small notch in it for the key way, then the bolt holds it on. Personally, that's what I do and there's zero chance of the pulley sliding. These engines have a plug for an oil pressure sensor, they do leak commonly.
