I've always been fascinated with sport bikes and have wanted to start riding. I'm a very fit personal trainer in my fifties. My friends with bikes say I must be out of my mind to want to start this now. They say the best riders have to deal with assholes on the road. You could hit some gravel, hit an oil patch, etc. However, when you get older, you start to get regrets of the things you didn't do. Some of the videos I've seen say starting on a 600cc sport bike can be done as long as you respect the power and be sensible. What are your thoughts?

750 even, 1000 you’ll never get the full use. Once and awhile👍🏽. 600 750 are enough
