- A very short 'test ride' on a 2008 Suzuki B-King that I was looking to purchase. Sadly i didn't really have any time on this ride to leave the streets...
In the end I decided against the purchase, since I felt the bike needed a bit too much work cosmetically.
I love mine. Reflashed and ready for fun. too bad you didn't run the rpm up in first :)
@blengravers yeah I wish I got to experience it more, but didn't want to speed down this neighborhood. Shame they only let you ride it for 10 minutes, not even enough time to get on the highway...
Such a rare bike im sure it was hard to pass up, but its not the best at anything, its just a wakadoo standard with a tank so huge, I've never seen its equal. Sat on one in tye dealer, couldnt get over the dimensions of the thing. And for a standard to me its really hard to beat the Mt09 3 banger or Speed Triple, or Ducati. Torque is so much funner and kess deadly tyna readline hP
@heatmoon for the price they were asking ($6,200) it was a great deal...if it was in good condition. However checking the bike out in person, all the carbon pieces were almost completely worn/faded, the tail section was pretty flimsy and squeaky, the license plate holder was custom with lights but the wiring was exposed and didn't look done professionally or with any care, and it also had an aftermarket alarm installed in which they didn't have the remote too😬it just seemed like too much of a gamble. And yes I much prefer the torque rather than winding a bike out to 8k rpm just for it to start pulling. I'd like to ride a street triple or ducati some day as well, I had a 2015 xsr900 and I didn't really enjoy it🤣

Yeah too bad I didn't get to rev it out on the highway. The dealer gave me Less than 10 minutes to ride lmao.
