Hey, I bought this product through Amazon, but the orange box (comparisor) is not working when I turn on the switch....
and when I connect the adapter then it show me red charging indicator as on... does it mean the battery is down and I need to charge it enough? and how I will know if the battery is fully charged?
Wouldn't it work if I connect the adapter and turn on the swith? currently it's not working..
