How do you add properties and set them in separate categories, for sale, for rent, etc.. number of rooms, bathrooms, etc, create search list with options, property description, map, so they are added dynamically

You mentioned doing part 2 in the 1st video but I didn't see part 2 and I assumed that was part 2 but really allowing other properties to sign up and add their own properties and pay a fee for For the ability to add their own properties
