Ive got a bushtool in rwl34, had it for 8months, waited 14months to get it. But all i can say is robs work is absolutely flawless. He actually designs his knifes to be used as a tool as its intended to be used . The bushtool came that sharp it made a razor look blunt the leather work is brilliant. I knife to last forever. Thanks rob.
I realise that custom knives like yours can vary wildly in cost, depending on what options are selected, but a broad range of prices would be great on a pinned comment. Something like my most basic knife starts at around £xxx and an all bells and whistles model can usually be had for around £xxx. It might both save wasted time for people who don’t value your time/skill/experience whilst also encouraging buyers who might think a hand made knife was beyond their budget. For example, I was very pleasantly surprised by the cost of my Jacklore Camp Knife, especially compared to the cost of factory made alternatives such as my Fallkniven Embla, which cost more, but is nowhere near the same quality of knife.
Thank you for this comment, it is very helpful! Because - many peoole think, a custom isn't available for them. Even a semi-custom (like Orford) is often out of prize range .. ^^ But, another point is - how many pay you in 3 or 4 decades for how many tools you are not satisfied with?? So, even for the begin (not as bushcrafter, but if a one is willing to buy better tool[s] for his life), ot is worth to think about this point. And ethical - it would be better sometimes to support a small business, even if we can learn so many things from him, as to buy from a big company.
@@svenschmalfu3093 I am 75 years old and don’t even do bushcraft. Rob is very knowledgeable and honest. I just wanted to support him and have a quality knife. If you would decide to purchase one, I assure you that you will not be disappointed.
Thank you for explaining how to order your knives, I will be contacting you about ordering. I cannot wait to order a mark two in o1. Keep up the good content sir.
@@RobEvansWoodsmanit’s going to be a few paychecks away, but ill get one on order soon. Thank you for even responding, I look forward to ordering one soon.
You forgot to mention you have to say please...... great video mate and i always wear my necklace so I;m ready for when the SHTF which is more likely now......👍👍👍👍
There is a video on the knife but not compared to the original, I personally prefer it, just a little shorter and slimmer with more of a drop towards the tip, better for carving
Great video as always Rob! Where did you get you tam beret from? You need a Mors bushpot wish they were still made. Im still thinking about that bushtool with the orange scales you posted on Instagram the other day that was 🔥
@RobEvansWoodsman oh yes ebay I've seen them on there as well Thank you. Yes the one from four dog stoves,Mors was very humble and didn't like to toot his own horn as he once said but that pot is based off one that he used so they called it the Mors bushpot,I have one as well glad you do as well. Oh yeah red linen would be ace! I always thought a bushtool with black micarta scales, red liners, two lanyard holes and the butt plate would be awesome
Why not have your knives at hand and point out each one as you mention it? I will not get instagram just to see your knives, but I would like to see your work🌝.
I’d just like to add to anyone thinking of ordering Rob is an easy guy to deal with.
It's because I like money 🤣🤣🤣

Within the last year, My MK Tribute with a nice leather sheath cost right around $350 delivered to the USA. It is beautiful and extremely well made.

I'm reality glad to see you put this video out. I've been wanting one of your knives for awhile and I don't have Instagram or Facebook. Thank you Rob.

Great video, Rob 👍
That new bushtool S sounds awesome. Do you think you could add one of those to an upcoming video so we could get a visual size comparison?
