- Almond Puff Pastry is very popular. You can buy this in Chinese bakery. This recipe is simple, easy, but delicious. It only take 5 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes for baking.

Ingredients:
Frozen puff pastry 1 pc size 10x10 inch/25x25cm
Powdered sugar 15g
Egg white 30g
Almond slices 20g
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/356°F. Bake 15 minutes
