For which car and what version? There was a new update with completely revised physics a couple days ago, so while a lot of the theories still apply, the setups in this video almost definitely won't work anymore.
@@noahwayne5604 5.7's is nice a start with the new physics, at least if that's 1/4 mile, its now all about adapting to conditions as that plays a big part. If I ever learn how to do it maybe I'll do an updated video.
5.771 in 1/4 and 3.599 in 1/8. Suspension and clutch is the biggest difference from the new update and your tune. I’d love to see more videos. A lot has changed in the new updated physics.
Three bike classes, prostocks, promods, imports, extreme imports, radial 275&315's, pro street, TAFC, TAD, TF, FC and I'm sure I'm forgetting something. I don't have an answer about the DLC pricing, I think its all priced backwards personally.
I'll likely do a video with them soon, but the same theories apply to most of the classes. With the Extreme Imports, I run similar suspension setup to the promods, max boost each gear and just work the gearing from there.
This video here is from the old alpha version so a some of the physics are different, but it goes a little bit into the gearing and how to read the data logger, that may help ua-cam.com/video/HfTYGW5u_EU/v-deo.html@@KBrok
If your talking about performance lag, start by turning off the cosmetic damages in the options then restart the game. If its still laggy, maybe turn off the track lights as well.
@@shiftsandgiggles Anything else I should I try? I can play no more room in hell flawlessly and it doesn’t lag one bit. No more room in hell requires 8.62GB where bounty only requires 2.82 GB. I’m going to uninstall and reinstall the game to see if that works
I find the game mostly CPU heavy and not very well optimized at times, with cosmetic damage and lights off, there's not much else I've done that has had much effect on performance. My PC isn't exactly 2023 gamer spec, but on the other hand its no potato either, I do plenty of VR sim racing and other stuff with it just fine, but anything beyond a certain number of cars in a Bounty server and the performance kills it for me. You could try lower resolutions and such I suppose. You can also check out the discord from a link in the games menu and get in touch with the dev as well. I'm really hoping proper optimization gets some attention soon. @@jacobydavis3953
You can swap engines still, that was never removed. The physics have changed and a weather system has been implemented now so parts of this setup don't quite apply to that, mostly just the drivetrain actually, but everything else should work pretty much as before. The way the suspensions function is still the same. The things that increased or decreased grip levels before, still do today.
This came in clutch as I'm just now trying out pro mods in this game
Vey cool, good luck
Good video!
thank you
With your base tune I’m just going straight to the bars and the clutch slips. Trying to combat that

13.2 is the version I have. I have the blower big block pro mod. Making small adjustments but still in the high 5.7’s

any tuning tips on the extreme imports

@@shiftsandgiggles I was having a hard time getting the gearing right.

How do you adjust the game to where it doesn’t lag

you cant Engine swap anymore for what i see. So this Vid did nothing but make the car worse.
