I don't know, the game was/is still in development, maybe that's something that'll get some attention. The incremental times and speeds going down track are similar enough that I think the comparison is still decent.

Yeah I agree, its not the most lively car to take down the track. Most everything else in the game is faster than this for what its worth.

This is also a wide track so things don’t come at you as fast. The tighter tracks, you really get a sense of speed

@@shiftsandgiggles try to deactivate smart sampling in the settings before rendering a project. The videos will be much clearer and not blurry

@@shiftsandgiggles yea I grew up there. The only rule is no glass bottles. You can let your imagination run with what that means lol. ANYTHING goes. From people on foot vs cars to the 60 ft to all kinds of wagers to people rolling up weed while doing a burnout and everything in between.

It can be difficult, especially with a track as unforgiving as this one. Hopefully you had fun anyway and maybe learned some things along the way. I try to do that every pass I make, it never ends 😉

The game is coming around nicely, the best part is that the community seems to be growing to where there's plenty of good racing and events just about every night now. I haven't made a full series quite like this, but I have done a few street videos, a 'power tour' type thing with 10 of the quickest unmodded cars and a video with the 'Outlaw' modded cars.

Its an instrumental version of a song called No Turning Back by NEFFEX. It's from the free to use UA-cam audio library.

That must be a glitch, I've heard of the occasional stuck throttle but your the first locked brakes I know of.

@@XGN_Archangel1 Try loading the game with your controller disconnected or turned off, once its loaded reconnect or turn it on. If my controller is on before I load the game, my throttle sticks, might be the issue with your brakes. The only other thing I can think of is inverting that axis in the controller settings in case things got flipped.

Nice pass, I'll give that a try, I was wondering how they would run with the smaller engines, just hadn't gotten to them yet.

Once I have everything working as it should it the car, I'll usually move the weight around and adjust the final gear ratio to suit the conditions.

Set the car where it launches identical for about 5 passes , then it’s about wheelie bar height, shock setting and TRANSMISSION.

Thankfully the Pro Mods have been updated already since this video, so all the power adders perform just about identical to the each other now, including the nitrous engines.

I think there was another update last day or so.

@@camshaflober3691 Yup, a little performance adjusting and some bug fixes. Pro Mods are a little lighter and quicker now, and the weather system and traction now varies by track.

You can buy it the Steam Store like you would any other game.

Every bit of weight you can remove does help, I just leave them on to keep the cars as street or stock appearing as I can.

Most of the cars and bikes sounds are getting better, at least of the players cars, I think the netcode still interferes with what you hear from other players, they often sound like they're max rpm or nothing.

I think it was making a little over 2400 brake horsepower according to the in game torque and power graph, not sure what it makes at the crank. It uses the stage 3 variable boost twin turbos that make 36 psi each. @@shiftsandgiggles it was probably making 2900 to the crank and the newer build like 3400-3500 but thats just my prediction Edit: 3400 is an exaggeration maybe like 3100-3200 crank

Thats flying for sure. I think I reworked the gearing on mine to make it possible to launch it in 1st and setting it up to spin the tires a bit rather than power wheelies seems to help too. Between the screaming clutch dumps and clicking through the gears, its probably the most fun car to take down the strip.

It's called twin-charge anything, it should still be in the repository, I haven't used it in a while so I can't verify if it still works with the new updates though. If it does, make sure you make use of the indestructible long block option.

You can swap engines still, that was never removed. The physics have changed and a weather system has been implemented now so parts of this setup don't quite apply to that, mostly just the drivetrain actually, but everything else should work pretty much as before. The way the suspensions function is still the same. The things that increased or decreased grip levels before, still do today.

For which car and what version? There was a new update with completely revised physics a couple days ago, so while a lot of the theories still apply, the setups in this video almost definitely won't work anymore.

13.2 is the version I have. I have the blower big block pro mod. Making small adjustments but still in the high 5.7’s

@@noahwayne5604 5.7's is nice a start with the new physics, at least if that's 1/4 mile, its now all about adapting to conditions as that plays a big part. If I ever learn how to do it maybe I'll do an updated video.

5.771 in 1/4 and 3.599 in 1/8. Suspension and clutch is the biggest difference from the new update and your tune. I’d love to see more videos. A lot has changed in the new updated physics.

You can try the setup from this video,ua-cam.com/video/GwvkC7mS_fQ/v-deo.html I can't promise its going to work the same for you as it did for me though, Bounty setups seem work differently depending on the users PC, but should get you into the ballpark.

Maybe try switching through camera views, sometimes the lighting messes with the graphics and switching between kind of clears things up. If that doesn't work, swing by the bounty discord and leave a bug report for the dev, there should be a link for it in the games main menu.

I did 'detune' the cars a little, less rpm and nitrous hits, but it was just guessing really. I drive all the cars using the in car view and had an 'ignorance is bliss' approach when I drove them, by this point I had no idea there was a problem with either the Moonhawk or Burnside.

On which car? I'm not sure I'm able to remove them, at best some engines allow headers over a manifold but it's a one or the other thing.
