Climate Compost - full film

The film follows ground-breaking scientists, farming pioneers, composters and a plethora of land-based characters who each muse on the majesty of soil and it's fundamental role in life on earth. The film is entirely connecting, it highlights the wonder and complexity of soil systems and places microbes as the architects of the Earth's surface. The key tool being discussed is microbially rich compost, and how by mimicking nature we can build soil at an incredibly fast rate.
As we are all immersed in the on-going negotiations of COP26 in Glasgow, and big business and farmers alike seek solutions to draw down atmospheric carbon, our film gives us all a chance to take 5 minutes out and focus on how soil health really is the crux of it, 'as soon as you heal the soil, the rest of life floods back in'.
