The brush hog is a good counterweight but it's very unwieldy and clumsy to have on the back at all times. A box blade makes a good rear weight as well as being a versatile tool to have back there that doesn't stick out so far. You'd be surprised at how many jobs you can do with one from (just naming a few) grading, snow work, gravel driveway repairs, and if you weld a trailer receiver on it, you can spot trailers. You can hang tractor weights on it as well. Nice video, but please turn the music down, way too loud.
Parts will be a problem for these tractors over the long term...when the OEM contract expires...good chance it will not be renewed and there goes parts to keep it running in the long term. Off-brand tractors are seldom a good buy for this reason.
Great video. I just bought the same tractor. Waiting to get the third function installed. Then picking it up and a 48 in. grapple. Wondering if I should have gotten the bigger one?
We ended up getting the 70” but I will say that it’s a pretty heavy attachment so it’s difficult to lift things without a counter weight! A 48” would be great, I’m sure!
Thanks man. Great video. Put fluid in your tires. I used washer fluid it won't freeze. Don't use water. You still digging that 3026? Did you check out the 4025?
I ended up getting a box blade as my counter weight and it’s made a world of a difference! I looked at the 4025 for a short period of time before settling with the 3026. Main reason being the price difference at the dealer I got mine from. Got a pretty sweet deal for the entire package and couldn’t pass it up! I plan to do a 40 or 50 hour review within our next few videos! Thanks for watching!
@@TICOETCP it’s terrible, I know. We use a different editing application now and a lot less music. I promise, the channel is a lot better in the newer videos! I plan to do an updated video soon.
It’s extremely heavy, making heavier materials difficult to lift. If I could do it again, I’d find a grapple that the teeth were a little closer together and maybe a little smaller! It has done everything that I’ve needed it to though!
The reason I asked is that I have the 70 inch one mounted on a Massey Ferguson 2615 4x4 (49 hp)and have snapped one bottom tooth completely off , bent another and all the top teeth have cracked where they go into the mount. I have welded everything and have welded a 3 inch wide x1/4 inch piece across the bottom teeth so I will see what happens. I’m just cleaning up old brush piles Thank you. @@TheHillHomestead
The channel has come a long way since then. That was one of our first videos. Hopefully you can give the others a chance! Music didn’t play much of a factor in the videos anymore
That’s awesome. The bad boy tractors look sweet too. I believe Branson AKA TYM still has 6 years left on the contract to keep making them also.
Very good looking tractor…best wishes
New subscriber here. Congratulations on your purchase 👍 looks like a great tractor. We have a compact tractor and can't believe what it will do!
Thank you! We have enjoyed it, since buying it!

Thank you for your feedback!! I don’t think I realized the music was coming in so loud! That is something we will work on!
Super filmik 🎉

The bigger the grapple, the more it will weigh reducing the weight you can carry.
@@The_Joey_Saurus , I'm happy with the smaller grapple. I was worried about the added weight of the larger one. It works just fine.

I second getting the tires filled I got the beet juice in mine it really helps even with the box blade on the back.
The music.................

What is your opinion of the grapple so far?

Should have bought a yanmar.
Do you happen to know what TYM equivalent is to the 3026h? Thanks
I would compare it to the 2400H series! PTO is about the same and lift capacities are similar; as well as other similarities throughout the specs!
The TYM-BRANSON Equivalent is the 2610. The only things that are different is the seat & paint job.
I tried to watch but i cant take the crappy music😂
Sorry about that! It’s the music that the video editing app has to offer. I’d appreciate your suggestions on other video editing apps!
UA-cam has a free music you can download. Many options
Sorry but 1:20 of that ridiculous music is all I could stand. Really wanted to watch your channel but can’t handle that music.
