Yall hatin but as an outsider and a newcomer who just started being a fan of spandau, he sounds like a nice dude.
maybe hes had some bad stuff done in his young days(i suppose so from what i heard here), but this man that i have just met, after being obssessed with some of spandau's songs lately, is rly good to hear and rly polite and interesting.
my favourite song ever
Ironic how Gary loves the honesty of his guests when he can‘t be honest himself.
Les Dawson was alright
Double denim is alright
Buzzcocks must have been great.
Steve Strange, well dodgy
Gary kemp calling himself a "raconteur"talk about blow your own trumpet, the only stories he loves telling are about himself.
Personally, I think *everyone* should *only* tell stories they have a personal connection to (meaning they have personal knowledge of it from beginning to end of each story they share). In my experience, anything other than that is simply gossip.

Sad but true......
He ruied Spandau Ballet not once but twice, now he interviews real musicians on a podcast and plays in a Pink Floyd cover band 😂 Also, he didn't allow anyone in Spandau to write songs because he was so scared of someone else being a success at it.
