As salam alaykum , exiting video again! Do you consider talk about toddlers and homeschooling? Do you have in your plans to make some videos about different homeschooling approaches , like waldorf, reggio emilia etc. :) I like your channel please keep going :)
Walaykum Salam! Those are such great ideas. Thank you for the suggestions! My kids are currently past the toddler phase. I will admit that I had three kids back to back and during the toddler years, it was really hard for me mentally. One thing that I did enjoy doing was going to parks, being in nature a lot, reading to the kids, going to the library and just spending time with family. We also enjoy crafts. I learned quickly, especially for my boys that they did best with a formal education starting around ages above six so I never really pushed academics on them before the age of six. I spent most of that time just studying about homeschooling. I used to be very into Montessori and followed a lot of counts about how you can be Montessori at home. I currently call myself Eclectic . I just take from different philosophies I do not follow one strictly. I am a big advocate of interest lead learning too. I found it a little hard to implement other philosophy because I wasn’t familiar with them. I guess I can make a video about what type of homeschooling style that we do.
Salam Alaykum may also enjoy the Joy Jots book by sister Tamara Gray!
Walaykum Salam! I have that book as well but haven’t opened it in years !! I need to get into it now. Thank you for suggesting it ❤️
