Those steps are easy. It's the actual appointment that's difficult. I work in a ent clinic having to schedule three appointments in one for a new patient who has a hard time hearing is difficult. I'm three weeks in as a new hire and they're already assuming I should know what to do by now. I'm pissed off about it because no ones training me on how to do it as an ent receptionist.
