Thanks Austin. I'm loving these workouts. I'm 66 and am returning to rowing and training generally since before Covid. Loving it.
Like the structure of this workout. Was able to get really warmed up and hold the pace pretty well near the end. Thanks for the reminder to not forget to lean forward when you get tired. Noticed I was doing that.

Thankyou for the quality workout. I remember a year ago buying the concept 2 pm5, I had never been so sure about buying something. Normally I spend weeks researching . It was a case of one day I thought hey I could get a rowing machine for the garage the next day it was on order and it's been the best bit of kit ever.
You whooped my but, sir. Had to take a minute break on the last one. But I came back, at the last minute. This program is great.

Been rowing for a while, but it just started getting a bit… samey. Really enjoying this. Managed to keep pace and drop 5 secs per 500 and up the watts by 10 on each set 👌
Ps. Thanks for telling us we can have a couple of days recovery 😂

I found that the higher spm the easier it was for me to stay consistent with split time.

was able to drop 2-3 split seconds with each shift and I didn't die so that's a win!
