- Happy June! I know I'm a bit late to the party, but you can thank the wonderful bots over at UA-cam for striking me down. This month's remake is a remake of a classic Turbo711 remake, and a classic Thomas episode. Hope you enjoy!
This remake wasn't as painful as some of the other CGI remakes I've done, it just took a long ass time to film. I started filming right after Trust Thomas and finished literally last night. Jeez, why do I do this to myself? The continuity of the Gordon's Hill set was a pain to maintain. Since I had to build the set from multiple angles, it was really hard to get the bushes and trees in the exact right spot as they were on the previous angle of the set. I didn't notice this until editing, but Edward's right eyebrow started to rub off towards the end of the video. I apologize if that bothered you guys. Besides those qualms, I really enjoy this remake, and I had a fun time reimagining the shots. I find it unoriginal when you copy the shots of the OG episode 1-1, so to add my some flare and creativity to it, I put my own spin on a couple of the shots.
I don't want to jinx it just yet, but this will most likely be the last video I film in this location. I have my own place now and I'm moving in mid-July. All of my Thomas stuff will be coming with me, but videos may have to be delayed a bit while I get settled. Thankfully, No Sleep for Cranky is a bottle show so I won't have to make 20 different sets.

This video is made for both kids and adults. Kids can enjoy seeing their favorite characters on screen and memorable stories being remade or personal stories being told, and teens/adults can enjoy the production value/scale of the video.
Your sets are always fantastic
Glad you like them!
Can you do in uk dub
Let him do whatever dub he wants.
Nice job dude! The shunting yard set looked really expansive, I really liked that. Also the lighting at Tidmouth with that Brio light was so satisfying!
Thanks, Roman! Your comments are always appreciated:)
Awesome remake man! But I have to ask, do you get copyrighted for the audio of the Mattel episodes?
Thank you! I don’t get copyrighted for the audio. The only time I’ve been copyrighted for audio was when I used covers of songs for collection videos or whenever Gordon’s theme was really noticeable (Thomas & Gordon, Edward, Gordon & Henry, etc.)
@@Turbo711 ok that’s good to know. Thank you for the reply!
One thing I like about this episode is that They actually mention that Brendam docks is on edwards branch line instead of it being eluded to be on the main line in previous seasons
Same here. I like how Edward sort of became a recurring character at the Docks in these seasons, especially in S21

I know the comment is going to get taken down but I really Love this remake. The lighting, the set Set design, and the clever way how to use the battery power motors to pull the engines. Might as well declare you for Best remake from play don’t pause of 2024. Splendid job!!
Thank you! I appreciate the kind words! Really helps motivate me:)
wait, how cam you tell there are battery operated engines?
I was wondering, what are those plastic lampposts you use for your nighttime scenes at Tidmouth sheds?
They're from BRIO
@@Turbo711 I see, and each of them has its own batteries and lights?
Lego pants
@@MasaboyUgon-do2ot Thank you for informing me that your eyes work
