Every Illinois License Plate since 1911 the History of IL Plates on My Car Story with Lou Costabile

On "My Car Story" we're in the Western Suburbs of Chicago on 7-15-16.
Roger Macnider collects Illinois license plates. Roger shares his story on how he started his collection which includes an example of every State of Illinois issued license plate.
He shares that the State of Illinois gave out "tags" from 1907 - 1910, and in 1911 the State issued the first license plate.
