کی رنگِ بُوعو ذکر ہوئے وا بہارانو لؙو دی بوئے۔
بلبل بوئیک زوخوت غیر غیر ہیرا فغانو لؙو دی بوئے.
Of colors and scents,when they speak, Spring must be mentioned, then
Over the thorns, a nightingale roams; its sorrows it must lament
شورو بوسونو سوم ݰِیور دنیا ضِدئینان مجموعہ ۔
عشقو مریضو لؙو کی ہوئے ہورو درمانو لؙو دی بوئے۔
The Fall will the Spring adorn, since the world is with contrasts mixed
If a lovesick is spoken of, the cure must be discussed, then
نہ دی بلبل نہ دی قؙمری تہ ہمنوا بغانی نا۔
بہچیتائے اچی ہیرا کیاغ تہ گلستانو لؙو دی بوئے۔۔
No nightingales, no doves; thy companions are all gone.
What is left then? The rose-garden will shrivel, too
وا کو ساقیو دور گوئے دوران ای نو اؙوختی بغائے۔
تہ محبت کی رزمہ ہائے تہ سوم پیمانو لؙو دی بوئے۔۔
How can the days of love return? Turning not back, has the time passed
Thy love is if complained about, thy promise must be discussed
زلفِ پیچان بریکی تھان اچی تہ ݯھیر گوڑو خمار۔
جبینو راز ہیر عیان موخہ نِݰانو لؙو دی بوئے۔۔
Waving hair and a lovely physique; above it all, a graceful neck
The secret of the face is there; the mole on it will be spoken of
عشقو مکتبہ اے افضل غموچ گِریان کوری بہچوس ۔
ہیرا تہ علمہ اضافہ کی ہوئے عرفانو لؙو
O Afzal! In the school of love; sad and gloomy, thou wilt remain
