Dr Dave, if i built my scratch build rocket and it calls for a 29mm motor i built a high power rocket?

@@gillandro2 no. Most 29 mm motors are mid power. As long as the loaded weight of the rocket is less than 1.5 kg, you don’t need HPR certification.
