DHA bahawalpur did fraudulent computer balloting. despite me fully paid off ,5 , one Kamal files, DHA bhwp allotted me all 5 worst possible locations. none of 5 files got any corner or facing park or wide 60,80,100,150,250 ft Road. all 5 of my plots r on 40ft Road . hence price of my DHA bhwp never increased despite waiting 5 years. it's a Dead investment. Development Charges r sky high 2 million per 1kanal file. market demand nonexistent, corruption is sky high. DHA greed is never ending thus millions of files being flooded constantly in small bhwp city with low population, low purchasing power. stay away from fraudulent DHA bahawalpur. price will never increase. I converted from US $ to Pk Ruppees . now on last 5 years us dollars is doubled, pk rs lost most of its value. plus DHA files price stuck forever @29lakh per 1kanal files. plus fraudulent allocation, which further damaged investment. May Allah destroy all corrupted involved. beware of DHA corruption

DHA is worst w.r.t access, this society is practically in Rawat. Its almost 30 KM away from Islamabad. Otherwise the society is excellent , there is no doubt in it.
