I do worry if Deborah's brain was burning... my brain would melt lol It's remaining on my wishlist though. Another great video guys, thanks for all the work.
Ty ty for another stellar episode🥰😇 Lots of fun and laughs and an awesome game with fantastic artwork😇😇🥰🥰 Ordered the game while watching - Ty ty so much🥰🥰😇😇
MATE is a drink similar to tea that is drunk in several countries in South America, mainly in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Brazil and Paraguay. It is traditionally served in a small pumpkin carcass that has been dried for use as a container. You put the yerba mate leaf that is dried crushed, you insert a bulb, a kind of straw, which has a closed tip with small holes (like a strainer) that goes inside. You add hot water (hot but not boiled) and it is generally taken unsweetened. It is a drink that is drunk bitter, although depending on the brand of yerba you buy, there are different varieties from those that are very bitter, to those that are lighter or even mix other types of herbs. For children, it is served with a little sugar to get them used to it, or it is prepared in a jar and poured into a cup with a splash of milk and sweetened with sugar.
I've never catched Deborah in one of the videos, it was a surprise to see her... and to see you play Café Baras, I just bought it a couple weeks ago in a convention here in México and had a 2 player game, but I'm itching to getting it to the table again, and it's always helpful to hear someone else explain the rules, to see if I missed anything from my read of the rulebook.
Looks neat and the artwork is really nice, but it seems to be one of those games where it is pretty hard to catch up once you are behind, unless you already have really specific high value cards in your hand that you are working towards
Thank you for clarifying that once the regulars are tucked under the cafe barista card, their symbols are no longer available to use. It seems the same in counting points at end game as well? In other words, these tucked cards can't be used to satisfy the goal cards?
I'm sorry if I've missed it, but did you announce you're playing a variant or something? In the rules I found online, the number of special guest cards is # of players + 1 (so 4, not 5) and players claim them when they've achieved them.
You are correct, we have one too many special guests. As far as claiming special guests Deborah should have placed the performer in front of herself to show that it was claimed. -Nikki
Those are GameGenic card boxes🥰 I believe they are called 'Card Vaults' - I may be off on that😇 A Google search for 'GameGenic card holder' should turn em up😇 Hope this helps ya😇🥰
Deborah is back ❤🎉
My wife and I are really looking forward to this years Exit Advent Calendar playthrough. Hopefully Deborah will be there! :D

Me: Excuse me, Waiter, what is this?
Waiter: It's bean soup, sir.
Me: I don't care what it's been, what this it now??
So charming. Thank you!
