The entire lock down and mass mask wearing is an experiment, never before attempted in history that has shown by the actual data to have made little to no difference in containing this virus or minimizing casualties. ua-cam.com/video/8UvFhIFzaac/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/FU3OibcindQ/v-deo.html

    In Israel we’re basically going into a second lockdown because the health system is in danger of being overwhelmed. We have plenty of spare ventilators and beds, but not enough trained medical staff to handle the virus. We got to this situation by opening up everything too quickly, an undisciplined response to the health regulations by sectors of the society and huge weddings and parties and religious gatherings with no social distancing. Israel has a very high standard of medicine, but things got out of control because the virus was politicized and every step the government made to curb it got shot down by political and sectarian pressure groups. I’d be happy to update you Dr John.

      Add to that motorcycle rallies and a president who knowingly and willfully lied about the seriousness of the pandemic, and we have a very similar situation in the U.S. being spurred on still by the same people who deny human made climate change.

    • @sinkler123
      @sinkler123 4 роки тому +2

      I fully support the claims made in your comment.
      The situation in Israel is quite simple really. Israelis are resilient , but they are used to take punishment for awhile and then go back to normal. So after the first lockdown the situation was improved and the prime minister said: "go out, drink a beer, have fun." so ppl returned to normal. gov opened things way too fast and without the needed preparations and response teams required. not enough testing. not enough infection chains interruptions. not enough social changes in norm. lots of religious pressure to allow mass prayers and weddings again. These results were very much expected by everyone with a basic understanding of the situation.

We need a kinder, more caring, helpful, compassionate humanity. Sending virtual hugs, prayers and well wishes to all . . . Nothing is permanent, so this too shall pass. Continue to keep well and safe everyone. Take some deep breaths when you feel overwhelmed and breathe out slowly, and let the millions of thoughts go. They simply don't comply with social distancing and macron/castex were fools to let tour de France go ahead. Bet you we'll be like france in spite of high amounts of cases, on the flip side we do have more herd immunity in the country than france have. I disagree people aren't prepared to tolorate hardships or sacrifices for no reason, the current lockdowns and fearmongering by the media and others has not helped to promote cooporation between people's and societies and rather are massive burdens put on the youth for the sake of the older generations, further more the lockdowns are a massive wealth transfer from the poor to the rich and lastely the lockdowns have created massive poverty, economic hardships and famines for the rest of the world.
      The response to the pandemic has been a total mess, hysterical and irrational and we will feel it's effects for many, many years to come, while the current deathtoll does not justify the amount of damage it has done.
      People aren't willing to give up everything for so little, so no wonder people are angry and resentfull, if your part of the youth you have a right to be angry.

      This is not the bubonic plague nor anything like it. Governments were afraid that they might have had death numbers as there were in the 1918 flu epidemic. They would have had nothing like it. In 1918 the world had just come through the Great War (it only became WW1 after WW2 started), most of the population were undernourished, infant mortality was high, rickets caused by lack of vit c was rife , children died of scarlet fever, mumps, measles, croup (my grandmother lost two children to croup), diphtheria, polio and many other diseases. This virus was never going to have that sort of effect on a much healthier population, ever. Admittedly we could be healthier and it is no small coincidence that deaths amongst those under 60 have been many people who have obesity problems. Anyone under the age of 50 has more chance of dying in a road traffic accident than dying of Covid. Only 6% of deaths have Covid as the only cause of death.

      Make sure you are getting K with your D3... K1 (plant K-1) converts to K2 (Animal K-2 found in dark poultry meat, egg yolks, cheese, butter, pork fats, fermented soy, and organ meat) primarily as Mk-4,and K3 in the gut.

      It's sad. I was in the midst of a home loan and refi when this came to the US. I stopped that and all non-essential activity and begged and pleaded with my governments (local, state, federal) to act swiftly and decisively. I even tired to convince my local grocery store to take action.
      If most of us had just stepped back and took a break for a month then this would have been over months ago. I don't think it's mainly a lack of social decency. I think a lack of scientific and mathematical literacy was more of a problem. My suggestions for mandatory mask wearing and testing at grocery stores back in March were considered way too authoritarian and fear-based by some of my new-age friends. They are now convinced Dr. Fauci is part of a big pharma-conspiracy/deep-state to keep us all sick and prevent us from using cheap drugs and vitamins to stay well. It's very crazy. Like we are in Bizarro Universe. This is much worse than a lack of common decency.
