What application did you make the thumbnail photo?

Do you mean how I made the actual thumbnail? I added the Karolina screencap on top of the one of them together, then I just took the eraser, made the circle pretty big, pulled the hardness level down to 0% and applied it on the left side of the Karolina cap until the bottom one emerged to my satisfaction.
And I did this in Photoshop.
