Just sat in my 3 year old compass casita with 'solid construction that has bonded joints that water cannot pass. Just wondering where the water is coming from that is all the way along both sides of the wall/ceiling joint. Confused.
"All the strain's of a life time's towing" What an absolute load of bollocks. We have been caravan owners for the last 27 years, we have had Baileys, Avondales, ABI's and Sterlings, but we fell for the Elddis Solid hype 5 years ago, and purchased a Chatsworth special edition from glossop caravans. Well 2 new sky lights, and a complete new back panel later, we are still having problems. Just got back from a fortnight in wale's, water dripping in the front sky light, frame cracked again. Then just to top it off inspected the back panel when i got it on the drive, and it's cracked on both sides. Forgot to mention the battery locker trim that cracked after 2 years, and Elddis said it wasnt an integral part of the van. So to conclude 5 year old van 3 cracked sky lights, and 2 complete back panel's, not to mention the battery locker trim. Never ever buy an Elddis caravan, you will be buying trouble.
SOLID = Same Old Lousy Inherent Damp!! 3.5 year old van bought brand new and its got 90% damp in several places. Don't be swayed by the BS in this video they're very poor quality. PS their warranty and customer service is sh!te too.

and they still leak
Pure misrepresentation - don't fall for this advertising "sleight-of-hand". 9 cracks on my Elddis van's panels speak for themselves!. with major damp.
