Hello! The easiest and most reliable way to increase amigurumi is to take thicker yarn and a suitable hook. For example, I use YarnArt Jeans 50g/160m and a 3 mm hook. You can take YarnArt Jeans Plus 100g/160m and a 4.5mm hook (this is cotton yarn.) You can also use plush yarn and then the capybara will be of medium size
