I've got CACHY OS on mine- with kde6-- and found CACHY to be perfect... great to work with-- the kde6 is NOT ready-- it's still "buggy".. My recording software will NOT work with WAYLAND in it either... but with wayland on my other distros they work FINE. TILING won't work-- It comes up fine with the meta+T but nothing is in the windows that are blurred... I can't GET it to work- wish I could I miss my tiling from kde5.. BUT they are fixing more daily-- each day I do an update and things are fixed... so it'sgetting better.

You should of mentrioned what each is based on. Like NEON being Ubuntu and holding back updates, or KAOS being Arch based and being actually cutting edge holding back no updates.
