Usually you have to have the different phone extensions in the same "Ring Group" if you are using the Grandstream UCM62** series of PBX's or you can have them share the same SIP extension. Adding the same SIP extension to both phones would probably be the easiest for an end-user and possibly cheaper because you are using 1 extension between 2 phones. If your account is hosted by a service or on the UCM62** PBX they will have to adjust the maximum number of connections for the SIP extension from 1 to 2 so it will work on both phones.
Yes. There is a flashing light in the upper right hand corner. You can dial *97 or click the key with the envelope logo to go to the voicemail. Once you review the message you can delete or keep it either way the message will be marked as read and the voicemail light light will quit flashing.

If you get a voicemail, does any of the LED buttons flash? To give you attention that there's a message waiting, like in many Cisco SPA VOIP phones?
