After being told by security that I can't video or take photos of the site, I was told by some sub contractors that security were going to come out and beat me up because I would not go away.
This video is my reaction to their attitude and how unprofessional the security acted.

Sadly security guys are not aware that many cars now are fitted with Dash cameras and film anyone and anything and any driver that is in front of the camera. They really need some training on what CCTV , Dash cams, photography, videos, speed cameras and public view is all about. All they need to do is think about those topics a little.

That security tit talking about privacy rights. Has he ever taken a photo in a public place. The answer is bound to be yes if so he has invaded privacy rights of the people caught on his camera.

When on site, to put this into context for those that challenge your lawful activity, why not develop some company policies of your own for them to 'adhere' to. Company policy number 1). The wearing of hi-vis clothing in your 'place of work' is not permitted. 2) all permissions to interact with you must be submitted in writing, 3) All those wishing to maintain privacy must take all reasonable steps to avoid being filmed. 4) It is assumed that the level of privacy required by companies is reflected in the levels of structural and technical security that they employ (i.e if you don't want me to see it, then build a better fence etc). Though some of these may sound ridiculous, they are no more ridiculous than the reasons given by company staff for you not to film.
