That turning of the kenkey looks like hard work!!! I think I’ll stick with the ladies preparing the corn husk or filling them up to be boiled.

I never had Kenke but I think I might like it. It reminds me of Mexican tamales, which I love. I would not make it though. That looks so hard. You looked like you were in pain. Maybe Ghanaian people traveled to Mexico and taught them about Kenke. I will try it when I go to a Ghanaian restaurant. Thanks for the video. I’m learning so much from you. 💖

Thank you for watching Joy . That Kenke was a lot of work, I kept wondering why I was not able to stir like they were doing 🙆🏽‍♀️. I guess it’s practice.

TOURISTY Jamestown, and even the Osu, Elmina, Cape Coast etc towns could do with some facelift. people want to do experiential tourism, but the poor sanitation etc don't make for a wholesome experience. the tourism people, local assemblies etc should be up and doing

@@VictorineBihTakwe The engineers in Ghana have still not come up with an efficient method to help these folks. 66 yrs past independence, the methods are inefficient and labour intensive for peanut profits. A Chinese engineer will arrive on this scene and come up with a solution. We continue to mark time.
