She looks pretty nice to me! A whole lot better than my 770 when I dragged it home. I wonder how they broke that wheel center??? New center and some new rear shoes. Thanks for sharing, Mike!
I know exactly how that center got broken. This is a long story but I'll cut to the chase. Guy I bought it from used a Case end-loader with big forks to load these tractors on a trailer. He bought a collection, I think there were 46 Farmalls. He might have been in a bit of a hurry. He put a fork through one of the holes in the casting and one under the belly. Mine was not tho only one that got broken. It's an interesting story but I don't type well enough to tell it all here!
@@MikeJensen-wo7oh That makes more sense. A hammerhead in a hurry and pallet forks is a great combination LOL. Hope it isn't too hard to find a good center
@@GosselinFarmsEdGosselin I did have the missing piece actually but opted for a new used center a buddy had. Never thought about welding it and gone to scrap now.
I like those ole Farmall tractors It looks very straight from here
I've got quite a bit more footage of the 400, stay tuned.
Evan sent me over, subbed in look fwd to seeing what you get into!
Thanks.
Evan said to check out your channel. Pretty good looking project!
Took some talent to bust the wheel center, unless it was a bad casting..
Not a bad casting, explanation in reply to Evan. Thanks for watching.

@@MikeJensen-wo7oh oops... Well, if you had the missing piece, not hard to weld back in, no one would ever know, if done right 😎
