such an informative video. i have been following ppl split since 9 weeks and will follow till 12 weeks. i keep performing the same exercise for 1.5-2 months and make good progression in those exercises and then change them. thank u sir ji for this video ❤

Hi there .. In both the push days u r having two compund exercises - one for shoulder and one for chest and u have taken their variations by introducing flat and incline bench as well as regular shoulder press and Arnold press..which is absolutely ok ..if ur time schedule permits u can add one more compund exercise on each day which could be - on one push day u can use bb and on other push day db for bench press. For shoulder press u can introduce neutral grip shoulder press as an addition. If u have a good shoulder joint mobility then dips are also an excellent exercise..what u r doing is not wrong but in that workout u can add one more compund exercise on each day .. practically speaking u need to see how much time can u allot in the gym.. However, let me tell u that what u r doing is also good provided u r doing them with good progressive overload and consistency..

You aren't growing muscle becuz you aren't taking rest, it's very underrated. Your body is building the new muscle when you are resting. Working out too much will do more harm than good. Also, performing cardio and your workout on the same day can also potentially hinder muscle growth
Hello , I have a question regarding a mangoherb product.. I have a poor digestion and I was the one asking you to launch a supplement to fix my digestion. I'm about to place an order for triphala and digestion pro. My question is, does the digestion pro supplement help in digesting the only meal with which you take the tablet or does it overall make improvements in your digestion? Like suppose i had a heavy meal and i want to digest that meal so only in that case I have to take the tablet after that heavy meal? Or should i be taking it daily so that my digestion improves gradually and i won't be needing it after some time... How does it work? and respect your age. Testosterone and igf levels decrease at that age. There's only so much you can gain as per what your hormones allow
In your supplement list I think a quality Tongkat Ali would help. I don't see a lot of good brands selling it in India.
