Celtic Pagan Folk Music
Beltane is a Pagan holiday, and one of the eight Sabbats. It falls about halfway between the spring equinox (Ostara) and the coming summer solstice, Litha. The holiday celebrates spring at its peak, and the coming summer.
This festival is commemorated with bonfires, maypoles, dancing, and performing fertility rituals.
Beltane is a Celtic word, meaning “the fires of Bel.” Bel, likely referred to the Celtic sun god, Belenus.
It represents the return of the light and,
through the hierogamy between the God and the Goddess, a period of renewed fertility and prosperity.

Where can I learn to make music like this?
I don't know, I've been making music for ten years and I've been listening to a lot of Celtic music since I was little. when I decided to start doing it I started playing the tin whistle and already playing guitar and keyboards and knowing how to produce music with the computer over the years I have achieved these results.
I can only suggest listening a lot to the type of music you want to produce, studying the sounds and playing the necessary instruments a bit or doing them with keyboards and then go on trying to make it, sooner or later the results will arrive.💪🙏☘️
