omg Lou your hair looks stunning curled..well done toni.i love watching make overs and so glad I mentioned it before ,even though I just love your usual hair cut and style Louise...also toni that braid looks amazing girl.Will look at your vinted accounts..even though you're both smaller than me ..I'm a 18😢😢.loved them neon pink n green shorts sets you got from charity shop(was looking for them sets on vinted myself).when you go charity shop buying why dont you set up your own shop with the items on vinted (obviously adding on p&p and some profit) i love second hand things especially trendy clothes but i have health issues and cannot get out to shops anymore 😢 so vinted eBay etc is right up my street .loved this video..made me seriously lmfao with you not checking the car boot date,its something id deffo do😂😂.loving that you're doing the slimming world thing....I did weight watcher 8 years ago and lost 2 stone.back then rice was extra points.anyway meals i did and hardly any points / sins were a veg chilli..basically onions ,mixed peppers,diced butternut squash,courgettes (any veg)...add two teaspoon garlic,two teaspoon cumin,Two teaspoon smoked paprika,1 teaspoon hot chilli powder,1 teaspoon oregano, beef Oxo cube,tablespoon tomatoes puree ,tin chopped tomatoes salt and pepper.put in slow cooker or big pan on cooker top or casserole dish in oven and cook for couple hours add a tin red kidney bean (but they were added sins so I didn't bother!) And extra water if needed.i served mine with butternut squash wedges... basically cut a butternut squash into wedges (don't remove skin as turns crispy and is edible) lightly spray with oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika n garlic powder/ granules and cook in oven as you would chips etc.seriously amazing dish and my meat eating kids loved it.xx

As much as I love the slimming world chat its a really unhealthy way to diet, butter is a great fat and as women we need good fats for our bodies to function well! Especially our hormones. I did slimming world for 2 years cutting out all fat and ended up with a hormone imbalance, brain fog, headaches, floaters in my eyes, mood swings it was awful within 3 months of putting fat back into my diet (Butter, full fat greek yoghurt walnuts, avocados, meat with fat!) 99% of my symptoms were gone. Make sure you research what removing fats from your diet does to our hormones 🫶🏻
