Loved hearing you chat about this. The brain fog, migraines & weight gain are my worst symptoms. I started the menopause at the age of 36, the same age my mother started her symptoms. The menopause has definitely affected my confidence. Alot of the time, I feel invisible & don't even recognise myself. ❤x
Hi girls is started menopause at 41 and got pregnant and at the time I had 5 children at home one being 26 24 22 15 13 and now 66 and still have hot flushes 24/7 brain fog😩and itching all the time but haho u just have to get on with it. But watching u girls brightons my day so thank u so so much keep up the good work sending love 🏴💞
I have a list as long my arm, of the symptoms I’ve been experiencing from early menopause. From weight gain to migraines. Vivid dreams to brain fog. I don’t think any thing will help me apart from going into a coma for the next decade! Waking up to it being gone, would suit me just fine. I’ve lost so much hair. Gained many stones in weight. Lost all confidence. And cry at bloody everything. I don’t even recognise myself anymore. But hey it’s not permanent lol 😂 sooner or later it will be over.
I'm 60 this year and the last 4 days have been terrible with hot flushes and night sweats it's never ending not fair as if women don't go through enough
Hrt saved my life I went to my doctor and said I can see why woman take the own life!!! It was unbearable not being able to go anywhere feeling people looking at u sweat red face heart going mad! And feeling so low I don’t care if I’m on it for 10 years!!! It literally saved my sanity! I was a nightmare to live with no joke x
Hi lovely when I read your message I fully understand what you mean when you said you can understand why people take their life ,I fully understand too. I feel like I'm not the same person anymore . I hope you are ok X X

Hi Ladies My menopause started in my late forties. Brain fog, restless legs, hot flare ups especially at night. There are so many I would end up writing a book lol I love crime novels by Ian Rankin and Joe Nesbo. There are a few more but I forget lol. Great being able to relate with one another in our menopause journey. ❤
Evening ladies, I went into early menapause due to endometriosis, I'm now post menapause at 53 and only got the odd hot flush, I was lucky, my ole mum says she got no symptoms at all, hope you're both well ❤

HRT literally saved me from the terrible brain fog, although apparently menopause can cause low iron too so get that checked if you feel drained. Lovely chat. Fcuk😅😅😅
Hiya Girls, I’m 41 and I’ve been perimenopausal since 2022, it’s tough as I don’t have 2 days the same and my tolerance is nonexistent 😂 Lou if you like an easy read like the confessions of a 40 something F@&! up try Jill Mansell and Mike Gayle books. Keep up the comedy ladies
I'm nearly 54 and not sure if peri-menopause is starting. Had a longer cycle last month. My dear mum who passed last year started her menopause in early 50s and was still having hot flushes in her mid-eighties!. All the fun to come! lol
