I'm currently in x-ray school, but I'm planning on going back to school after I graduate to go into nuc med or radiation therapy. I find nuclear medicine to be really fasinating, but I feel like I would be helping people the most if I go into radiation therapy.
Thanks for sharing. A Nuclear med technologist I know says he wants to return to general radiology because our hospital's equipment is super new and cool. I don't believe him, of course. He hates the CT scan where I plan to go. However, I will have a two-week clinic rotation next month to look into more details about the CT.
