Rome! City full of history.

We made a brief one day stop in Rome on our drive around Europe.
It was great to see so many sights and taste the foods of Italy.
We were swarmed by street vendors trying to sell us anything and everything. From poorly made souvenirs to bottles of water that were most likely filled from a tap.
Overall the historical sites are still magnificent but over commercialised by the scalpers trying to sell overpriced entrance tickets. It as nicer back in the days when it was free to everyone.
