When you're listening to Thundering Hammers and you hear "Christ's lovers" as "CHRIST LLAMAS" and now you're picturing a herd of thousands of llamas with long hair, beards, and white robes, galloping across the plains to the beat of Thundering Hammers. A truly majestic sight, especially in the springtime when the males lock their crowns of thorns in dominance contests to earn the right to mate.
The part of Armory of Obsidian Glass starting at 16:14 gives me chills every time, just a beautiful and haunting interlude to a vicious and chaotic album.

Thank you for yet another truly amazing album! All the elements are here -- the grind, the noise, the brutalizing intensifying insanity! And the titular choirs even make an appearance to soften and enhance those harsher atmospheres. I knew when I clicked on the new Full of Hell release I'd encounter an auditory assault of the most varied and exciting sort. Thanks again and y'all fuckin' rock!!
I'm a big deathcore listener (deathcore id like 80% of what I listen), do you have exemple of songs segment that made you thought about Deathcore ? Because tbh, I listened it again, and I don't know where to listen ^^'
@mmzen These guys have their shit together way more than Watchmaker did though. Basically Watchmaker made albums by just jamming out/improvising, and then taking bits and pieces of recordings of such sessions and assembling them in the studio into "songs". Sort of a novel way of producing music, sure, but the band would've been better if they took the time to compose actual songs. I guess they had too many real life commitments getting in the way of doing that though. Still, they're pretty cool.
Clicked just to show my appreciation, they really cranked shit up to 12 on this album I swear. AOTY contender for sure, may even take it for me (still waiting for Tool though..)

Still spinning the hell out of this one. Anything they release is gold from the metal mines! Check out their latest two, Coagulated bliss from this year and one of my favorites, their collab with Nothing called When No Birds Sang. Incredible! Currently it's a full-of-hell-discography-to-endure-work kinda day. But I've got some Swans and Cattle Decap on for good measure as well. Happy Wednesday!
Is there a Discordance Axis cover on this. It's been a while since I listened to it, but a song near the end reminds me of something off Inalienable Dreamless.
Some songs I like here and there, I think they do pretty good so far shifting from the grind violencing hardcore sound to this new death grind stuff while still keeping the hardcore influences there. Listening to Mr. Hazards playing you can tell hes very musical and although these arent my favorite riffs the album is as good as trumpeting extacey. Idk I'm still pretty stuck on Rudiments of Mutilation and Roots of Earth, and mostly the first half of that album because I wasnt too into the black metal parts. I also kinda wished Hazard spent more time writing stuff like that because that sound for me was to DIE for.

For the jewel of a jewel of a jewel
So does the weeping mother probe her clutch
Like an old worn oak beam swells and dries
In the wetness and the turn of the seasons
So does flesh
Your corpse laid out like a fouled white sponge
Clumps of muscle and skin freed from the shame of being you
It's not enough to succeed when others must fail
A dry heaving circus of inhumanity
Like the sneaking boar with a haunch packed with lead
Digs through layers of loam and dirt for the jewel of a jewel
