No words, throws a chip, collects the pot. Savage call
Dajewish666 sometimes you just gotta do it
I felt for him, been in that spot,, and a cold blooded killer called me too, difference is I ain't a pro, and was damn near hyperventilating when he stared me down, and flipped chip in..
He put himself in that bad spot. He probably only called because he was too short stacked if he folded. I don't think he played the hand well at all.
@@jeffreyyoungblood7438 do you have any analysis on that? Cuz we basically got 10 minutes of Doug breaking down why you're wrong
@@pugsnhogz He's mainly talking about check/raising the flop I think. If he had done so, Chidwick would have taken it down flop or later.
I AM NOT BELIEVING WHAT THIS POKER PRO DOES !!! It's not clickbait guys .
confirmed
I know right he played a hand and then called a bet :O :O :O :O what is next for these pros

agreed - coulldn't be happier to have Doug back
@@acernera NOw we need to see him playing again.
Man I love Chidwick. Such a great player - cool, calm, collected, and of course - really good!
Charlie Carrel vs Doug HU 4 rollz. Make it happen.
i would pay for this.
Dominic Dannies Would be hard to have your A game playing against apologists for child molesters. Or who knows what Charlie has done....
Let's be honest HU Doug crushes, I don't even think it's close

I've spotted the trick. If you've spotted it, don't say what it is though. I'm not gonna say what it is.

Yup...his eyes were blinking.
Does Negreanu advise seeking games with more rake in his Masterclass tutorials?
He may, or may not. No one will ever know for sure because know one will ever watch them.

Someone mentioned Doug needs to balance his tank top range
with a few polos and some suits.
He taped prob 5 to 6 of these on this same day.
Can we just for a second pay respect to Perkins wardrobe? I mean. Damn.
Straight up pimp xD
Chidwick the type of guy to fold a flopped flush, but hero call an all in with mid pair
nice one, the situation is a bit different though...

Even then I probably have no sympathy
thx for upvoting it u ass**** so i get spoiled
Have you considered calling this series “dougker hands”
Very nice if that's original. Pretty tired of the other one.
Lame
No level of meta could make this joke funny again
Fk off!!
Doug what you need to understand is that everything you do at the poker table... conveys information
I swear I will never escape this 😂
😂😂😂😂
Whats up Polk Doug Guys here
What's up guys dog poke here.
Lame
@Alltilt lmfao!!! Nah, you're safe.
Still waiting for that infamous jean Robert Bellande hand, Doug.
For a guy who is retired, Doug you're making a lot of poker videos lately. Liking the daily content! When's the next Crypto video coming?
Doug “I UpLoAd EvErYdAy” Polk
Whats wrong with Rajkumar? He can afford a million pound entry but not a jacket that fits?
i work in finance, i think that surprised me for the first 6 months and then i was used to it. the amount of people making 20MM a year and wear clown suits is higher than youd imagine
He's from India, it's quite autistic country
Doug, is the concept of amount of big blinds still the same when only the big blind puts in an ante of the amount as 1 big blind? Aren't the blinds just 100k/400k but differently displayed? Does Chidwick have 23bb or 11.5bb?
I don’t care what the poker players that are sitting at my table say about you when they see I’m watching your channel. I think you’re great!
He won the 111,111 High Roller for One Drop.. Anyone with the balls to buy into a 111,111 K tourney and win it knows what they are doing.

He is a true competitor. A nerd at the highest level. I agree with your statement.
Thanks for all the great content. The consistency is great ! Keep it up
When youtube previewed this video with subtitles it said:” hi guys dog park here”. No word of a lie.
I got dog pool lol
Great hand. Question about Doug’s commentary: he says that in this final table ‘you should call the bigger stacks lighter’, which I thought means less often, then he says they are more likely to be bluffing. Isn’t that a contradiction? I understood that they have less to lose than you, so the EV of your call is much lower than it would be in a cash game. Is that what Doug means and I was just a bit confused about the way he said it? Or was he saying they bluff more often so you should in fact call more often?
@@michaelwurzer967 thanks, that's helpful
I’m glad to see you back with the videos, but I just can’t follow because the commentary volume is so low. I don’t remember that being so before the break. Good luck Doug!
Doug, I think I watched every single video you posted, big fan. If you don't mind can you make small educational video about how to choose bluffs on flop, and how to proceed with that range on later streets.
Not relevant to the clip here, but did doug delete the clip on twitch where he played a session and talked super deep about strategy and logic behind the plays
The clip is like from October/November i think
Love all the vids Doug, would love to see more poker news if possible! my fav vids of yours

So "time bank chips" are just another way to attempt to angle for a reaction?
shut up
@@Artur_Papryka yeah
Yup
Forreal no doubt that’s why he threw them in like that
Agreed, and the eye contact right after. Think SC knew at that point.
Does Vivek have much Jx in his range? I can't see it but I'd like to hear from anyone who can elaborate on this. Thanks.
I feel like we rarely see your hands on stream anymore. Do you still have all your fingers & thumbs?
High quality, Doug!
Any hands to review doug?
At 0:18 when you pause the video to talk Rajkumar's face matches the photo of himself on the player indicator.
Sweet reverse sarcasm at the end there, you really had me thinking he was going to Fold. That dude is a beast!
was throwing in the time chips a little angle shoot to gety a reaction from rajkumar?
That turn analisis was awesome, just like the Lab ;)
Would be a great call on day 1 or 2 of the tournament. But what makes it truly fantastic is that it is on the biggest final table with huge payjumps on the line. Being able to have so much trust in your game under pressure makes all the difference between good and world class players.
Plus the usual flop bluffs got there on the turn,QT,KT,KQ,AQ.Like there aren’t many bluffs left in Vs range by the river.
This has to be an exploitative call as against GTO.
I’d love to see this in a solver,I think a solver would say fold
@@Gos1234567 probably easy to overbluff this spot in this exact scenario also, but yeah generally agree
Keep it coming man. Good stuff!
This Mom Beat GTO and Belly Fat With One Weird Trick!
It was a good bet on the turn the board makes it possible for him to have KT for the nut str8 and the possibility for him to have a Qx to turn a better pair or even better. I think he is going to fold everything except for top pair and better. Basically when he goes all in on the river he is just reppin the strong hands he was playing on the turn
Yea I think if he bet bigger on the turn he gets a fold as he hasn’t many bluffs left in his range after the Q falls.
Maybe this guy bluffs way too much and Chadwick knows that
is it just me or does dan smiths head seem abnormally/comically large?
Doug Polk is the greatest of all time and the best Poker channel on UA-cam
Good bluff catcher... no spade, 10,king, or 8 in his hand... big stack on the button has all those bluffs... nice call Stevie!!👍
Chidwick the wizard! Any if these poker hands make you wanna get back in the ring Doug ?
Was throwing in them time banks like an angle shoot of some sort? Looked odd to me
Can you talk about how Rajkumar ended up dropping early when he was chip lead for a long time? His mistakes and all? Thanks Doug
He's not good at poker. He ran good until he didn't.
Saved you and Doug some time there.
Bill Perkins looks super sharp in this outfit. Very nice guy.
now kiss.
Charlie Carrel just restarted his bankroll challenge. See what you've done!!????
Ya fuck off
Has anyone seen Steven Chidwick flustered before?
No
Yes a few times
Holy shit!!! He called?? Did not see that coming
I don't think I've seen Bill Perkins in anything other than a t-shirt before.
At least with a tshirt you won’t get shit for your fashion sense but what he is wearing here is a disaster
Keep em coming bro!!!

dude keep doing this hands you have such a big opportunity here. Everyone likes your analysis
I do like your comments. Nice go ahead Doug!
Seriously how good is Stephen Chidwick!?
The best, by some metrics.
That all in was savage
The problem is that this is not a convincing enough bluff... What hand would Rajkumar be going all in with for value on the river? QQ, JJ or QJ, I believe he would have checked after the flop and/or turn. K10 or 66 I believe he would have bet stronger after the flop? So what is he repping with his all in? I guess it just didn't add up one way or the other. Maybe Raj would have got the fold if he had faked a value bet on the river, betting say 1.2 million??
For me,the Key card here is the Q on the turn. Rajkumar bets 800k and its more of a tester bet..than a value Bet.
And then he goes All In on the River..on a brick 6. It makes no sense.
It's a "push you of the hand" bet.
So the call by Chidwick is not too hard to defend or understand. 🙂
You sound like a guy who will never fold AK after flopping top pair with a safe run out
@@josezaragoza1594 @José Zaragoza it's about understand what goes on with the cards. Not nessaserely what you have in your hand.
When Rajkumar bets 800K he is testing the water.
If he was strong..he would bet more,to protect hes hand.
As he is NOT strong..he cant.
He is trying to find out where Chidwick is at.
When Chiwick calls..he know Chidwick DOES have something.
Then Rajkumar tries to represent..realy Nothing by going All In on the River.
Why go all in on a Brick card that dont match anything..
Unless you try to scare the other player of hes hand.....
Chidwick understands this and Calls.
The blind level dictates the action really. The more expensive it is..the tighter players in general gets.
Easy analytics,if you know your poker.

@@Johnny-cz2wv When..as you,do not have a deeper understanding of the physics of poker, then you dont understand. it is as simple as that. All great poker players have the ability to "read" more than the average person. Now..as you disagree with me..why did Chidwick call the all in ?
You explain it from your point of view. Enlighten me,if you can ;-)
Much love from Canada!
In what online poker room do the americans play? :) I'd like to go there. I remember the good times at Pokerstars...
Chidwick is very very talented poker player
Leeroy Jenkins time bank lol
This seems like a no brainier call. He'd only have 10 big blinds if he folded. He only had 23 to start with, hit top pair, and had an spr of about 5. How could he not be pot committed there?
If you see it, don't tell
I wanna hear the answer from Chidwick..to the question, why does he decided to call..damn Sorcerer lvl 1001
I was thumb up #700. Holler.
Isn’t Chidwick almost pot committed?
That's not back door flush draw is it. It's not 2 spades in hand
They were talking about the possible hands that would have bluffed all in.
This is an amazing call.
A true Wizard
why are we acting like this was an amazing play? Dude had too many chips in the middle to fold compared to his stack. He would have been crippled beyond repair.
Finally someone mentioned that
Is this a mandatory Sportcoat event or something? Doug could never make it here.
It's obvious, when he did that thing with his eyes blinking, then he exhaled and then inhaled. Total tell.
Okay I subscribed but if you disappear again for 18 months so will I. I know your posting videos just to fulfill your bet with Papy. Just hope you get your groove back and keep going for it.
What bet is that please?
Ryan Depaulo is coming for this channel
Further proof that Chidwick is the #1 player in the world AND in our hearts
I couldn't make that call. if I had kj sure maybe. any queen ya

A8o vs j5s is this the biggest game there is or is it a1c/2c cash game? 🤨

Love the daily you are showing those who are coming for you you don't play hah
Stroke?
Your videos are so quiet compared to other youtube videos. I have to turn my speakers way up when I watch your stuff.
Doug is a soft-spoken Polker Player.
Unreal call.
I believe he can fly with those ears.
I'll be honest I'm folding that river bet and looking for a better spot for my tournament life. But if you call that turn, you almost have to call that river brick. Also I'm not even in this hand with J5, or I'm most likely check raising the flop to see where I'm at.
With the odds you're getting preflop you have to be defending J5dd against a button open. You want to be checkraising the flop with bluffs and strong hands. You don't need want to be raising just to see where you're at and turning a hand with good showdown value into a bluff.
Luke Freedman yea too shortstacked to be check raising to fish for info anyway. You May aswell just check raise all in if you want to find out
Wow... sick call
9:17 That's what she said.
